  1. I'd sell my soul for one of those cars....
  2. It's spear point, check the HOT4s site, the original post was edited to say "GOING TO SPEERS POINT"
  3. Great reply JCMarshall_Law, cheers! Anybody happen to know the right Nm for the RB25 then? *seeing the car is r33 gtst s1.5*
  4. lol, You see these red markz here!!! Itz bloodz territory mutha f#cka. If we see yo cribz mo fo b#tch ass blue marks in our teritorayy, we be bustin caps on yo ass.
  5. Cheers DANOOH. The bolt was snapped off, im not sure how easy it will be to get the other half out *i assume its still in there*? I dont know what the other end looks like or what’s behind that hole so yeh not sure about how it'll come out. What are these ezi outs? I'll give Nissan a ring & try and get me a bolt then.
  6. Not with those rims it aint... :shake: lol
  7. I have the exact opposite problem, my diff locks up too easily... lol I've got some sort 2-way mechanical LSD, but its so sensitive, its almost like having a locked diff.
  8. I heal & toe but not really the heal part.. its more just toe & toe.... Half the top of my foot on brakes, the other half on accelerator. angle left half of my foot to brake, pop clutch pedal in, right half of foot revs up a couple 1000 revs, clutch pedal out into new lower gear, revs match at fly wheel = smooth shifting
  9. Hey, a few weeks back i was driving along & i heard this rattling, like metal hitting other metal through the engine bay falling to the ground. I pulled over & searched the road and found a snapped off bolt. I was following a tractor pulling around shopping carts so i thought it might have came off that & my tire had flicked it up or something. Went to my mechanics today, he said it looks like an exhaust manifold bolt & the first place he looked for it to be missing there it was... an empty threaded hole. It's the first bolt of the manifold at the front of the engine *opposite end of turbo, car is r33 gtst* We had a good look at the manifold & you can see exhaust has creeped out leaving a black line. He said over time the heat will eat away at the gasket & it'll start making a swirling noise as it'll be leaking exhaust. Solution isnt going to be cheap seeing as all the guts around the RB25 like IC piping & starter engine all that sh#t near will have to be removed. He said he'll then need to drill out the old bolt & attach a new one. Will cost 100's he said, "looks like a shit of a job that one mate" Anyway im up for a 100k service in about 7k so i thought when the timing belt has to be done i'll get the missing manifold bolt done too while the gear around the engine is removed. Just wondering if anyone has had this problem? Dont know why it happened? I have pretty stiff shockies, they must jolt the engine around a bit & over time it picked on that weak spot bolt?
  10. Haha thats nuts... i'd love someone with a pair of those on to smoke'em *stationary line lockers* up at the lights in busy traffic, would be great to see yellow smoke.... Red or Blue could be kool too.
  11. very nice
  12. I like the header graphic Too much maroon static text... Keep your 'graphic text titles' in maroon & change text to black or something else suitable. The body text looks like Arial 12. 11 would be better seeing your features have size 10 text. Maybe outside your black boarders add some colour, a fill, gradient, or pattern of some sorts *a deep / dark blue gradient perhaps?* Should be tops with a few changes *sorry if im too critical, but its the best way to learn*
  13. Thats good m8, you plan to get another performance car?
  14. Yeh i read off the HOT4s forums the cruze is GOING TO SPEERS POINT.
  15. Well reasons for drifting in public would have to be purely showing off or they're just really really stupid... If you were sensible you'd atleast go to somewhere where there’s no bystanders or houses. I'd like to think im a more sensible P plater *at least dad thinks so*. I love drifting but rarely get to do it, getting to a drift track isnt exactly easy for everybody. So to be as safe as possible I'll go down to a industrial estate after hours & practise in the wet where there's nothing but wide roads, corners & no people, just big sheds & gates. It's great fun, if i loose it i dont hit anything because there’s nothing to hit! *it's low speed too* BTW, anybody want to list any Tighter track drift courses, I'm would love to have a go at a course like the tighter tracks you see on import DVDs.
  16. Thats not the answer... You can take away some tools car *turbo, V8*, but you cant take away a tools mentality... If a some tossa is going to be a douche & do that sh#t in busy areas, he's going to do it regardless of the car, even if it is pu$$y FWD burnouts, or handbrakes or whatever. The truth is the world is full of different people & it's something we just can’t change, we can’t change people, but we can try to limit their 'tool' like actions. As far as I know nothing influences people more than Punishment, so bump up the punishments, people will learn! But in reality, we’ll never have a perfect society. This type of stuff is always going to happen.
  17. lol, especially interior ones... underglow 'can' be good, but i've never seen it pulled off good in real life on the cars i've seen.
  18. LOL that looks so stupid
  19. lol at the original post, they tell us all the goods EXCEPT where its at... :looney:
  20. lol at your Sig fatz! hahah
  21. Lol. If I had this car I'd just have to have that sunami speaker for the final rice factor.
  22. Whats wrong? Your post makes f#ck all sense. Classic
  23. lol :werd:
  24. Is this guy serious? Next time im out in town on the tune meeting new ladies I'll now first introduce myself then proceed by saying "I have a fluttering BOV on my car" & then i just assume the reaction will be 'owww wow your so brave' & then she'll have s3x with me because im so cool & she’ll think im a celebrity
  25. THE ACTUAL BOV DOESNT MAKE THAT FLUTTERING SOUND... gezzzzz dammit ppl..... That sound is when air returns back through your intercooler piping & back out through your turbo compressor. This flutter sound is the turbo 'chopping' up the air trying to push it through the piping but the air is returning so it chops up the air & creates that 'flutter' noise. This will occur when there is no BOV, or a too tight of a BOV & you slam the throttle shut after boosting. Oww & it’s not good for your turbo because it can slow your turbo down rapidly and create excess strain & wear, so don’t be trendwhores & forget the flutter.
