That happened to me! hahah Well kinda.... My mechanic cracked my front bar coz he didnt think it was that low but it was my stock front bar & he looks after me so i said dont worry about it. He offered to fix it but i said nar its ok I'm getting a new front bar put on soon anyways, he services my car for piss all money, treat people the way you like to be treated. I spose i only reacted like that because he's the local guy just round the corner with a small private business, if i had my car in somewhere which was a big business where its just straight business & no talking / chatting with the customer I'd get'em to fix it.

I'll ring up the place which dyno tuned my SAFCII & ask them if they can connect it. I remember the guy saying when he dyno tuned my car on Optimax fuel that it was detonating slightly @ 12psi, he said you wouldnt know it but i did because of the knock reading I had. He would have been using his equipment to monitor the knocking.

Yeh... you loose half the cash when you go to sell. I know that it really is an awsome deal but there is great satisfaction in buying a stock car & over the months & years turning your fish into a whale! If i had a project car like a Supra & also wanted a skyline *and could afford it* that's when I'd wana buy a car like yours! I hope you find someone who simply wants a very fast skyline. I think you should get atleast $40,000 but i only think that because i can appreciate how much time & money has went into your car. Unfortunately in reality people looking for a skyline who may see yours for say $40,000 will see thats its modded but wont really know how much has been spent on the car & take it for granted & pass it off as being too expensive. $35,000 for your car is very cheap in my opinion. Like dam, new crappy commonwhores cost more than that.

Not true I have 230rwkw off 12psi with SAFCII & t3/t3 HiFlo VL turbo with stock injectors, but yes... some 555's will go down well... I agree with knore, 250 rwkw should be easy enough.

So is there much of a difference between Series 1 RB25s & Series 2 RB25s.... I've got a 1995 r33 Series 1.5, which engine does that have...

How can u sell a beautiful car like that... gezzzzz with some body work that car is so prime to get in car mags, its got the engine already ! Good luck with the sale. My thoughts would be try to sell it in the paper & on general car sites like drive.com.au & carpoint.com.au to somebody who isnt already a skyline nut, because people like us on the forums already have a modded skyline, or are moding our skylines the exact way we want'em. The further you mod a car, the harder it is to find a buyer who wants to pay for everything you did, but in one lump total bill. You've got quite a lot of gear there... Wonder how you'd go if you sold the car for around $20,000 & the rest in bits & pieces....? Have you done some calculations / estimations of your parts that would generally easily sell.

Hi I have a SAFCII which has been dyno tuned on my car & runs a dream but i dont think i have a knock sensor connected up to it because the reading from the display is always 0..... I have no idea what they look like or where they're connected, all i know I'd like one & i'll get my mechanic to install it for me. So yeh, where can i buy a knock sensor to connect up to my SAFC? Thanks,

Steve, 321rwkw at 22psi... Thats pretty crazy for a RB25 with Standard Internals isnt it? SK said his rule of the thumb was 450 bhp for the RB25 with stock internals. You'd have around 520 bhp!

Chris, we're all car enthusiasts, we love to drive, we love to corner, & we like to show off our pride & joy. So to drive on route B through Charly - Swansea - CC Hwy I think that'll be satisfying us greater. I'd think that most people who meet @ Wallsend will have minds like us, we're all into cars after all.

My thoughts that even that we're meeting @ Wallsend, I'd still vote to drive back through Charlestown - Belmont - Swansea - then onto the central coast hwy where there's big open winding roads More fun than just driving straight on the freeway from Wallsend to the CC Servo's & straight back :thumbdwn:

Ahhh ok so its the dirty big CALTEX servo's on the freeway between Sydney & Newcastle. They're actually quite close once you get off the highway 'the central coast hwy which starts @ Swansea'. Once you get onto the freeway & its finally 110 it wont be long until you'll see the big caltex 'heading south' then get off @ an exit to get on the other side of the hwy to get onto the servo heading north.
