I think we made history today, a SAU ACT event that more people turned up than what said they would.........AMAZING Seriously though, Great turnout and thankyou to everyone for displaying/chatting/tenting and chilling with us today. I really enjoyed the day and I want to see that sort of enthusiasm for all the events ........i.e the motorkhana next Sunday (29th) at Sutton rd driver training centre. Come check out and support ZCR, Stinkypoo, Driftmajik and myself!!!! Finally I have to thank Bob, for bringing out the 12 yr old kid grin in me all day

I'm only pushing 170RWKW's in my RB20 and I just did a big end bearing up at wakefield due to oil starvation. In saying that I was bouncing of 7500 rev limiter (maybe not bouncing but it was a drift day) and had the car being thrown around fairly violently. So unless you are belting your car side to side, and redlining it, you don't have much to worry about, But i would do it if you were building your motor

qfm's are good, just don't get the 550 degree ones (they work a treat, but they won't last long) get the 750 degree one's, same as what dan said up there. Your fluid will boil well before they fade

any turbo that big would be overkill for 180-200kws and would be stupidly laggy on the 20 motor, and the turbo on the forums was full boost at 5000 rpm An Hks GTSS or 2530 (2510 would be perfect, but if I find one I'm buying it) would be perfect for a little over 200 (230 tops) but full boost is around 3500, and they bolt straight on. most of garrets smaller turbos are t2 flange and are designed for SR20 and ca18's, so don't even bother with them. You should also keep in mind that with a stock turbo with no boost(10psi), a tune and just a few other normal mods(turbo back zorst and intercooler, I made 170 rwkw, and if you put an rb25 turbo on, you should make 180-190rwkw+ with a tune, zorst and intercooler and a bit of boost (12psi) BTW I have a RB20 and Im sticking with it. I love the eagerness and the revs. I compete in motorkhana's, so I really need the response and I wouldn't consider anything larger than the HKS turbo's -Reece

Cars come and go, but, the members who own those cars are always a part of this club. I remember when I first joined and started meeting up with everyone, I didn't even own a car, and then it was an aussie r31 (which alot of us have started with, or even still have), which was given a good reception buy most. And even when I rocked up at a Skyline based motorsport event in a toyota starlet, i was welcomed and everyone took it in good fun. All I'm saying is that everyone on this forum is a skyline fan, they might not own one, but that doesn't mean we don't (didn't) obsess about them, or even pine for them. All I'm saying is All members, members friends/family is welcome by me
