  11. Thanks alot man, The Epic save was me but I also did it on almost all ofmy other cool down laps too, its too much fun not to Next year I will have some tricks, like my skyline maybe
  12. I might pop out for a but
  13. And thanks for ZCR for taking out my car, so he didn't have a completely s**thouse day after his manifold came loose, and so I could see it out there 3 and 2 wheeling with my own eyes
  14. Sorry for the late Thanks but here goes Thanks to everyone who organised the day, especially Ando. Thanks to all the people that helped out on the day as these things can't go ahead unless people sacrifice their day so thanks. Thanks to Anna for being a great passenger and letting me experience some power on track, although those brakes didn't let me have a good attempt at times, I hope I did you proud anyway And thanks for all of the Drivers and passengers that had fun and will do it again, cause it wouldn't be any fun if I couldn't scare some big power skylines in my Clio if you guys didn't rock up (and to all the guys who put me in place to) Special Note to SpoonDC5, breaking 10's is motoring in an Evo or GTR, let alone in a FWD honda and also to the Evo driver that got 1.06.6 as I think that was fastest car of the Day, both of you put us Skyline owners in our place. Good work to A20089, I'm glad to hear that my jabbering actually helped you in getting your PB. I was catching around the top but as soon as you could stretch your legs you got me. I was pretty happy with my 1.13 but next time I'm going to try and crack into the 12's without mods hopefully and then I will pull some tricks out to keep the Honda boy's honest Hope to see everyone at Texi, Revenge of the Clio's Reverse Gear
  15. And Me too, Hell I'm the only non Jap car
  16. 32's Rule that is all..... But for information as to why they rule I do agree that the 33 box is stronger, but synchro's still break from "quickshifts" and Rough abuse, not so much from power. My 20 box has had plenty of abuse, and so has ZCR's, and there are plenty of 200kw+ cars still going strong with 20 box's. I don't think a 20 box would last long with 250kw+ but below that its much of a muchness, and as for the diff, 32's may be better but are harder to find LSD centre's and parts, so that would be a negative Yes the Geometry is very similar but R32 standard came with a much firmer and better shocks which have been known to last over 200,000kms, where as the 33's come with a soft shock and spring as thats what nissan thought people wanted comfort and the shocks only lasted around 50,000 hence why most standard 33's feel really rolly, which most people think their weight or size cause (but it doesn't help) But the biggest handling gain is the Stiffness of the Chassis compared to the 33, with the 32 having the same stiffness as the 32 GT-R. Its why a 32 gts-t will do the same lap time (to a certain point) of similar power and suspension modded 32 GTR, where as the 33 GTS-T's are always behind the 32 let alone the 33 GTR and even thoug you can find 34's for 12, I'd say more 14-15000, which is double the price of some 32's. Drop an educated 7k into a 32 and you would have a very fast and fun car My 32 wieghs in at 1270, ZCR's 1320 with Sunroof And the weight difference is more noticable in corner speed and braking than power Another thing 32's tend to get 10-11ltrs per 100k, I know the 34's are better than 33's but I don't know the figure And 100mm wheelbase difference is quite big, 33 to 32 is the same as 32 to New Mini Oh and for model specific Bias R31- Drift GTS R32- Me R33- Frink R34- Randon I am All of us will defend our model to death
  17. I meant I will be going thru qbn around 7.00 so I will meet everyone at wakefield
  18. I'm not being a nit picker or anything RB20's are stronger but older, also RB25's are lighter, gearbox is the same weight, and almost all 32 are type M's, so the calipers are the same weight. So the weight is in nothing we envy. Interior is newer but less huggy, you sit less in the car and more on it and what extra leg room, marginal in the back, but the front is the same Quick Pro's and Cons R32 +Chassis, Price, Weight, Smaller Size, Nimbleness, better suspension standard, Drivers Skyline, RB20 revability and strength, reliable if looked after well, boot space, sit in not on -Age, lack of reliabilty if not looked after, RB20's lack of torque, High KM's, Note 20 Gearbox aren't that weak, RB25 gearbox stronger though R33 +Extra torque and Power, bigger car, more aftermarket support, Price, Newer -Chassis, weight, Larger car, Need to spend more money on making them handle, Don't like to rev, Sit on not in, boot space R34 +No bigger than 33, better Chassis than 33, newer, more refined, More power again (not buy much) looks, low KM's -Price, Still heavy compared to 32, Still don't like to rev
  19. I'll be hading out through qbn, so I will meet you there
  20. Its not a matter of lap time, its still fun just seeing different cars/drivers compare in the corners/straights SpoonDC5 was expressing his concern about him not having much power in the fastest group in a SAU track day, I was just saying he won't be the only one. On another note, I am so pumped about this because I went around wakefield in a R35 GTR on wednesday, driven by Warren Luff. Bloody effin Crazy car, 1:05 he managed. Need to drive on track after this
  21. I've only got 100fwkw, so we should have some fun in group 1 DC5 should be faster than me on the straights, so you wont be the only "slow" car in the top group Will see what we can do, but I won't be in the 32 so you will have triple my power If you don't have me in grumble bee, I will be very dissapointed in you
