absolutely nothing wrong with a HE sump, been used and proven in circuit racing with no problems whatsoever. No surging, they increase oil capacity by atleast 3 litres over standard. Only problem is they do foul on the standard sway bar and they cost abit too for a modified second hand sump.
If the swaybar is a problem, its just a matter of contacting Sydneykid about one, as i know for a fact there are modified swaybars available for r32 and r33's to accomodate the High energy sump. May not be relevant to this thread, but may help others who are in need.
But a modified rb26 sump for 350 is pretty good. Worth looking at definietely.
