i learnt the hard way, i had mine replaced. i had no noise indicators, just lost power bit by bit untill i knew something was up. took it in for a dyno and they picked it up straight away. lost about 25 kw before i really noticed she wasnt kicking much. your up for 400 to 500 bling for a aftermarket one, plus dyno ! looking for some extra power as always we all get greedy at some point but thinking realistically for now lol. owned a manual 33 last year so still trying to adjust. thanks

what does this do and what benifits/ downers are there ? how much does it cost ? is there anyone in brisvegas who deos it well ?

ok, is there any suggestions to whixh brand ecu that will work with it, or it wont work ? is there anyone out there who has done it? will i kill my transmission some time soon or it ll be ok for the longrun if looked after with care ?

hi, just wanted to confirm the remours ive been told about the r34 GTT auto trans. Can you change it over for an apexi copmuter and get it tuned with out any problems or do you still have to keep original comp and use a piggy back ? whats the best way to change/or piggy back it with for better perfomance ?

hey does anyone know how long i need to charge my battery before its ready to go back on my r34. i left one of my ceiling lights on and it killed the battery. bought a charger 3.5amp and had battery on charge for 12 hours, pulled it off to give it a buzz and still nothing ?

ok so more direct would be the word, so theres nothing that is damaged or worn. it came back from a service and felt heavier to me, its got me quizzed. 33 steering is close to the same set up, not usre as to why that would differ so much

hi, does anyone out there have the same feeling of a heavyness in steering or is it just me. the power steering works im guessing as i can turn ok, but yet it feels heavier than other cars. previously owned a 33 which felt like a feather compared to this???

its the charming noise of 33 owners, very common, something to do with climate control unit, which i ve heard people have replaced and they go again in 6 months or so.. try moving the direction of air on different settings every time you start it and see where is happy meduim is.. i use to vent my on fresh air both face and leg postion and it didnt make a sound, though on other postions knocked persistenlty..you got to love it hey

can i put my five cents in too, i did the upgrade from 33 gtst to 34gtt and the only thing i miss is driving a manual.. went with the triptronic auto. with a few custom mods, lowering and interior changed to leather, the cars awsome..

have your air senor loooked at may need to be repaired as the element that lets air through and tells your comp how much fuel to give is misreading it and stalling. sounds like my old r33 when i stuffed the senor by having bov set too low and pressure leaked back.

ive done the upgrade, it takes alittle getting used to but it is indeed a more refined car over all to drive. The suspension has been upgraded , as well as turbo and kw. im enjoying the drive apart from the interior is my only down side. Investing in leather trim and seats and problem easily fixed with a smile added to to style!

im getting the same thing too, it does it when i move through gears to D to R to P and just move up and down a few meters then it brakes... had a suspension check and nothing came up... going to try motsons suspension and turbo place. ill get back to you on what they say

welcome ! my old r33 did the same. i had a new pump put in, i tried a new battery, i had my injectors cleaned and checked but still the same in winter only, it was fine in summer. my mechanic put it down to the a temp sensor being faulty. and it sounded about right, Get nissan to hook it up to there pc dinositics machine and they ll tell you exactly what it is. i never got around to doing it but nissan never fails on last resort problem solving.. only downer side is you ll pay about 70 bucks just for a little code print out.

does anyone out there know how to by pass it and have no sound while reversing ?

that sounds about right its been etched out with a H1 12v/55w serialed into it. The high beam is a tricky one i know never heard of it before.

its got a xenon logo on the lense. so im sure its xenon. my 34 is auto and when you select the reverse gear it beeps to tell you it in rverse??? so annoying

hi, does anyone know what type of lights to use in the xenon system for the r34. The lights lense has a sticker on it saying it has been converted to xenon and not to attemt to use any other gas type. so the lights that are advertised with xenon gas are they safe? or will i damage the system ? and that real annoying beep how in gods earth do you by pass it to shut up? ( plss plss its driving me nuts)

im giving thumbs up to the 34 s, they are a more evolved and improved version allowing for more KW to match its extra weight
