  1. one will take longer to rust than the other
  2. 32 sedan and coupe are the same Good brand name systems can be under 1000 check out trust and blitz systems for 800-900 at autobarn, cartoys etc. And with that goal in mind, an exhaust will be one of the major modifications.
  3. Thats roughly what i was quoted, it largely depends on location. I know that Broady, Richmond and ringwood are the three worse suburbs for car theft in vic, but here at good ol' 'ky west' a car has never been stolen, and this is a major difference for coverage.
  4. places like GCG and just jap, as well as others can highlow/rebuild them for ~2000
  5. Firstly remove the back seat. This sounds easy in hindsight, but is hard to begin with. 1. The bottom section comes out first The tab in the bottom left hand side of the pic is what is trying to be removed. It sits about six inches in from the door, and requires a decent (re: LOT) of force backwards and upwards to get it out. After sweat and tears (thankfully no blood) the seat lifts up, and out. 2. The back section comes out next, and needs 2 10mm bolts removed. This then also lifts out. The parcel shelf is then removed by pulling it up to remove those little plastic annoying tabs, and pulled towards the front of the car to get around the rear windsheild wiper. (In my case, the brake light wiring was cut, and later soldered, as it would disconect) 3. The new speaker can now replace the old In this case, JBL 60RMS 6.5" 2 ways compared to National 8w 6". 4. Put parts back together in the reverese order to which they were pulled apart; parcel shelf, back section of seat, bottom of seat. 5. Now its done, and except for the listener, no ones the wiser; Sorry about pic quality i used a video camera. Feel free to ask qs
  6. Yeah i got it. The sedans parcel shelf is carpet coverered masonite that sits on a steel shelf which i think is connected to the frame. I took pics, so i will post up a tutorial Thakns all for help though
  7. sweet thanks man
  8. I have purchased and intercooler kit, and am asking for advice on the best way to paint it matt black
  9. thanks a lot, but how do i get the seat out, it is different to the coupes, there are no bolts at the base
  10. The stock speakers are a brand called 'national' - 8W bags of crap. 4x6s in the front, and 6" in the rear. BTW, do you know how to get the rears out? I am having trouble
  11. how about on an r32 sedan?
  12. How do you remove the rear speakers?
  13. not at the moment, both R32, rear, rear speakers, sedan, and prettty much all other enquiries come up with "Unfortunately your search didn't return any results. Try broadening the search parameters by searching by different keywords or altering the format of your search. Remember to use the wildcard '*' to increase the number of matches. Apple* will match 'apple' and 'apples'." So me and the search button aren't too close at the moment. Any other suggestions?
  14. The front speakers wear easy enough (JBL 4 x 6s) just needed a little filing to fit snuggly, now for the rears. How do I got the other ones out?!?

    Door Seals

I have a simlilar problem, except for a 4 door, no biggy at the moment, but you can tell it is one of those things that gets worse
  16. apparently, the easiest (and most common way) to get them out, is to break them, so new ones are the best bet, unless some have been cut out of the dash. I need a left hand one, and Nissan sells these for $108, to give you and idea of how much the little bit of plastic is worth
  17. Series 4 RX7 injectors are low impedence, like gtr injectors, however series 5 injectors are the similar to the rb20det ones.
  18. Assuming it is an r33 gtst, a half cut can be had for 3-4G
  19. Where are you located?
