Dru, I suggest you get a ECU and find a good tuner. You will find your car run alot smoother and fuel consump get better. guys, I have two set of intercooler left and I will end the sale after this. I will only do group buy after that.

I think 14psi is the efficiency boost level for the standard turbo. pushing the boost over the limit wont produce much more power, but you are hurting your engin and turbo.

Ming come out for few runs this weekend. We got DC5, 200sx, and Supra TT and maybe few others. druzilla32, whether there is lag or not really depends on what sort of turbo you have and how your ECU is tuned. Its got nothign to do with the intercooler. I dont have any lag problem at all because my car is tuned. The intercooler makes your pod sounds louder and nicer. It does not change the sound of your BOV. I can show you mine if you live in sydney.

inark It is true that you need to cut the fan. I installed the intercooler to my car myself and I can tell you that its just tiny bits on the edge. It doesnt affect the air flow much at all.
