  1. Nobody wanted my cheap 18" race semislicks so I bought some 18" rims just to use them myself, now the rims came with street tyres which I don't need so here they are: 2x 225/45/18 Bridgestone POTENZA RE040 $180 MADE IN JAPAN re040 2x 245/40/18 Bridgestone POTENZA RE-001 "Adrenalin" (the BEST Bridgestone street tyre in the range, I actually have a set of these in 17" and yes they are THAT good, else I wouldn't use them) $350 MADE IN JAPAN re001 ===================================================================== Now that I'm going to be running 18" semislicks, I have my 17" semislicks sitting around doing nothing; so they're for sale too: 2x 225/45/17 2x 245/45/17 Yokohama ADVAN A048 $650 MADE IN JAPAN a048 245's 225's ===================================================================== And lastly, I have the daily's stock steelies and tyres, you get 4 rims and 4 tyres, super excellent condition and lots and lots of tread: Yokohama ASPEC 4x 195/65/15 $100ea All mounted up, all balanced, comes with 5 stud rims ready to roll. MADE IN JAPAN aspec ===================================================================== I store my tyres in tyre bags in the garage out of sunlight, all tyres are still mounted on rims and I can meet you at a convenient tyre shop. 2. But how are they better than the 33/34GTR or the lotus ones? Physical size gives it stiffness, piston size you can choose to an extent, rotor size you can choose, they don't have piston cooling features or made of titanium, no external cooling or other "features". Features aside because you can look at a caliper and see the features, and china calipers copy everything anyways, what makes A brembo better than B brembo, or A caliper better than B caliper?
  3. I want to either sell these semislicks or buy some *CHEAP* 18" rims and use them myself. 8-9" wide, around the +30 offset, decent quality rims, I don't trust my life to rota/driftek/projectd/other shit, or even something like 350z stock rims would be alright. 235/40/18 Pirelli PZero CORSA semislicks, these are the latest model and very different to the cheap old ones being sold; check the pictures to see WILL NOT SEPERATE BRAND NEW never fitted as used on the most hardcore sports cars ever produced (Ferrari 360, Lamborghini Gallardo, Porsche GT2 & GT3, Aston Martin V12 Vantage, etc), made in Italy. Each one costs $600+, a set costs $2400+. 4. I've seen it thrown around to describe an array of Brembo calipers, so the title says it all... What makes a Brembo caliper "F50" or "F40"? And what exactly makes them so good?
  5. JAPANESE MADE Buddyclub P1's WILL NOT SEPERATE These are the ones MADE IN JAPAN, apparantly the cheap ass ones are made in some BS country now. Price: $1250 Price drop: $1150 ================================================================================ ============== 235/40/18 Pirelli PZero CORSA semislicks, these are the latest model and very different to the cheap old ones being sold; check the pictures to see WILL NOT SEPERATE BRAND NEW never fitted as used on the most hardcore sports cars ever produced (Ferrari 360, Lamborghini Gallardo, Porsche GT2 & GT3, Aston Martin V12 Vantage, etc), made in Italy. 6. I'm leaning towards endless or pmu but keeping my eyes open at the moment. Endless is curved vane from what I can see, has wanky e-slit design and a duralumin bell... I wonder how well the duralumin holds up in this application? Dural is amazingly light and it's used by Rays Engineering for their lug nuts amongst lots of other stuff. Project Mu are popular and it's interesting to see that pmu has a funny way of pillaring/vaning in that the better the rotor, the less vane'y it gets and the more pillar'y it gets (check out the bottom of this image): Biot and APP are very oddball so they're not on top of my list, although biot does have 3-piece rear rotors which is very interesting
  7. also there's APP and biot if anybody wants to know. anything else available?
  8. Looking for GOOD 2 piece rotors to suit R32 GTR and/or R34 GTT. Two that I know of are: Project Mu, but they're not curved vane just regular pillars, costs about $650 each... Endless, looks vaned but can't fine any info on them, costs about $750 each... Is there anything else?
  9. I want the TE37's sold. Price is firm - if you want it cheaper you can wait till the next price drop. I will drop the price on them every week till they're taken. Happy days
  10. TE37 + SEMISLICK PACKAGE, genuine WILL NOT SEPERATE Only the best here. There aren't any scratches on them, gutter grazing has been machined off and now has a nice polished lipped finish to it. Fronts are 17x8.5" and offset is +30, 225/45/17 yokohama ADVAN A048 semi slicks Rears are 17x9.5" and offset is +35, 235/45/17 bridgestone RE55S semi slicks That's about $5000 in wheels and tyres and I only want $3200negotiable for them PRICE DROPPED: $3100 PRICE DROPPED: $3000 PRICE DROPPED: $2900 PRICE DROPPED: $2800 NB: Big price drop ($2800 to $2500) due to some tool putting a flatspot on one of the front tyres. The $300 discount can get you a replacement brand new ADVAN A048 semislick through me (dunlop and bridgestone are available too of course) Or you can save the money and use the current tyre as is, still works decently as it's not a huge flatspot. PRICE DROPPED: $2500 PRICE DROPPED: $2400 PRICE DROPPED: $2300 Another bloke wanted them, "trial fitted" them, it rubbed on his coilovers and left me with some nice gutter-style rash on the inner lip of one of the front rims. Price: $10 each ================================================================================ ========================================== *AS GOOD AS NEW* Mitsubishi Evolution 9 brembo front brakes: all genuine BREMBO parts. These were removed from a brand new evo 9 that was taken off to convert into a TMR-spec car (Team Mitsubishi Ralliart). The pictures shows the paint on the calipers to be perfect, all rubbers/boots/seals are perfect, the pads are in brand new condition, lines are in brand new condition and even comes with little caps to plug the lines. Shims, clips, retainers, caliper bolts, everything is there. The rotors are originally 32mm thick when new, and I just measured and they are still 32mm thick. They are as good as new with a little *surface* rust from sitting around - this surface rust happens even on the brakes on your car after a wash or after it rains, this is completely normal. These brakes are better than GTR brembos; they are 10 years newer and less abused (no abuse actually), bigger, stronger, more rigid. They are better in every way you look at it, and cheaper too to top things off. *AS GOOD AS NEW* Brembo calipers + brembo pads + brembo clips/shims/springs/bolts/etc + brembo rotors + brembo brake lines $1300 ================================================================================ ========================================== late model 2002 nissan s15's brake master cylinder + wiring harness + booster, BM50, 16/16, ABS INCLUDES WIRING HARNESS Perfect working condition, have capped off the breather and also capped off the ports to prevent anything getting inside the cylinder. ================================================================================ ========================================== Sydney/Homebush Sydney/Homebush Sydney/Homebush Sydney/Homebush Sydney/Homebush I store all wheels/tyres in wheel and tyre bags, which all go in the garage, dry, cool, out of direct sunlight.
