  1. Are you willing to sell the lip by itself?
  2. If you think so..... I had a little neat Nissan Pulsar Reebok a number of years ago, parked it at my local westfields at 9pm on a thursday night in the first parking spot directly opposite the main entrace/exit door it was the first thing you would see when exiting the place (10m from the door) which was 2m from the zebra crossing and would have had atleast 500 people walk directly past it and my car was there only 5mins (long enuff for me to walk 100m to hoyts and buy a ticket) and I had my sister ring me to say it had been broken into (she walked past it as she exits that door). They took a sub box from the boot (parcel tray with 7x10's an xbox, broke my drivers side door lock and busted the ignition trying to start it and obviously nobody tried to stop them.
  3. Plenty might notice it but how many people are actually going to do anything about it? Would you approach a thief with his mothers undies on his head and a screwdriver in hand just to prevent some soccer mums bmw 4wd being stolen?
  4. I must have got the pre-production spec crease in my dump pipe
  5. Yup it's the Cat + Mufflers that create the restriction + drone.

    Again

Got any engine bay pics of what was removed and how it was all connected back up?
  7. What they charge us at the bowser is determined by cost prices (oil companies), not increases in servo profit.
  8. The 2nd qualifying session is the only way to see who is fastest in F1. The 1st qualifying session the top teams only do enough to get into the 2nd session and the 3rd session they are on their race fuel/strategy so that can lead to different results. The race speed well who knows what strategy or tyres they are on and the same with the practice days just testing new parts, tyres, etc not going their for outright lap speed.
  9. The lower the initial power (ie 125rwkw) the more difference the extra 50rwkw will make. ie; The improvement in time from 125-175rwkw (maybe 0.5-0.7sec) than you will if you go from say 700-750kw (maybe 0.1 or 0.2sec).
  10. They can be expensive if you pay for the packaging and generally they just use TNT or Toll Ipec to do the logistics side.
  11. Ah beauty it's finaly ready, what time can you drop it off tomorrow?

    Again

    Nice and clean
  13. Maybe it would be good to throw your car on the new UAS dyno very soon, then have this installed and get it dyno'd again on the SAU Dyno day coming up soon?
  14. x1 spectat0r
  15. Soon as I see the 2nd yellow light up my clutch is dropped and im outta there. Usually do consistent 0.100-0.150's
  16. "The regulation was introduced just prior to the season and the three-centimetre diameter white circle that was painted on the soft tyres for the Australian Grand Prix proved to be not visible enough." Isn't it funny how with all the money and brains in the formula 1 industry that they could think such a stupid idea would work. First of all you have the words 'Bridgestone Potenza' printed in white on the sidewall of the tyre, now spin that tyre at 300km/h and try and workout if you can see a white dot in it all, obviously they were all on the piss when they thought of that idea. The new idea of a white ring around the tyre is interesting and looks a little bit cool, atleast it definitely works.
  17. 1x spectator (no im not drifting the Hiace!!)
  18. Gotta love the sound of the side pipe and gearbox, nothing beats that.
  19. The track itself is quite good, with some really good corners, but soon as you go offline its useless due to the amount of dirt/sand that the drivers dump on it when they step a wheel wide. Remember last year (or was it the year before) all the cars braking hard to remove the dirt/sand from their front bars when they rejoined the track, what other tracks does that happen at? I can't think of any. I wouldn't say that makes me spoilt, EC is the standard that circuits should be in Australia. Maybe it's time for the v8sc group (tega, avesco or whatever they call themselves these days) to assist the low budge tracks and pump some money into them, it would be a good investment for the future of Australian motor racing. It won't be long until we have just temporary street circuits because the remaining tracks we have are degrading rapily. So do I back in the Group A days when Glen Seton was actually a competitive driver and before EC was built. That was a really great circuit, especially the 2nd half of the track.
  20. I took these pics at the beginning of the day but then totally forgot to take more when the racing started.
  21. I think the coverage was boring, mainly because they focused on the Toll/HSV cars way out infront. Would have been good to see more of Todd Kelly coming through the pack or Brad Jones falling off the track on every 2nd corner like he tends to do. I also think the track is very poor, it's surrounded by dirt or sand, has no pit garages, is atleast 30sec too short and the entry/exit roads are short and in the complete wrong sections of the track. The track needs some serious money pumped into it
  22. Your local motorbike shop will be fine, just make sure it has the A-tick approval at the back. Also make sure you remove anything loose from your car (crap in the boot, backseat etc).
  23. Their was 1 bloke in a ute with nos that ran 11.02, 11.05 and 11.10 (it was a 10sec car he was just taking it easy over the line i believe) and they had no issues with it.
