Gates open for competitors at around 4:30ish, racing starts at 6pm, burnouts at about 9-9:30ish and racing is over by about 10-10:30ish (and considering its the Holden vs Ford day the following day it should be until about midnite i reckon, would get heaps more runs in). 1st turn-off (back entry for EC Circuit) is for spectators. The 2nd turn-off is for competitors, as Moooanie stated.

Well I often see many people in threads asking how much a GTR costs to run, or even how much more a GTR costs to run over a typical GTS-t so after recently purchasing my first R32 GTR (came from an R33 GTS-t) I thought it would be a good idea to list my own costs (right from the beginning) involved in owning such a car for future reference. Feel free to list expenses for your own GTR for comparison. Car details: 1994 R32 GTR 74,000km 23yo, Sydney Mildly modified, 330awkw (bolt-ons, no engine work except cams) Annual Costs: - Rego = $230 - Insurance = $2,480 - Greenslip = $565 - Pinkslip = $30 = $3,305/yr Maintenance: 01/2006 - Wheel alignment + Balance = $95 01/2006 - Engine Oil = $55 01/2006 - Gearbox Oil = $100 01/2006 - Bendix front brake pads = $105 01/2006 - Brake fluid flush and bleed = $123 02/2006 - Gearstick Bush = $11 02/2006 - Clutch fluid bleed = $60 03/2006 - Engine Oil = $70 03/2006 - Oil Filter = $11 03/2006 - Fuel Filter = $35 03/2006 - Battery = $105 = $770 Modifications 01/2006 - Custom rear muffler = $220 03/2006 - Gear Knob = $55 03/2006 - 2WD Switch - $35 = $310 Total = $1,080 (~$67/wk) Lat updated: 17/4/06

  8. R32's can be enabled/disabled via a fuse the R33/R34 requires much more stuffing around.

  10. I had 255's on my 17x8 and don't see any problems with it. The tyres aren't sticking over the sidewalls and the car handles really well.

  12. You got some guys at AutoBarn to install and tune your boost controller? Try getting a proper import/turbo specialist mechanic to fit it for you.

    Defects !

    For the location of your nearest AUVIS please phone 1300 137 302. (RTA Website). You won't need to change your exhaust back to stop, just quieten it down.

  15. Pfft I see better cars on cruises to Palm Beach. Just remember, if you see anything 5'0-5'4, 18-25, slim and single to pack her in your suitcase for the trip home!
  16. You will get 15 different answers from 15 different people. Personally my GTS-t only ever had Motul 4100 ($45) used in it for over 50,000km.
  17. Absolutely stunning car all over and possibly the sexiest wheels ive ever seen in my life, very sad to see that 1 go Jono! Make sure you call me next time a Northside cruise is on so you can ride shotgun in my new GTR.
  18. I believe that video was taken at CRD when the car didnt have any of the front panels on it and also had about 3 guys in the back trying to hold it down.

  23. Make sure the 4wd fuse is ok. Check the AFM plugs are in firmly.
  24. That is what mine is like right now, doesn't matter what gear im actually in the stick looks like it's in neutral.
  25. That is what I really love about Jim's clutches, they can handle a beating yet feel and drive like a stock clutch.
