  1. Any suspension shop can do the installation but it's the alignment/setup that is the difficult part. For the Westy's "Wholesale Suspension" can supply/fit Whiteline gear and they are located on Correen Ave Penrith.
  2. Took me 2 full sessions at EC (doing like 2m25's too) and my pedal was getting lower and lower and then on the cool down lap it totally disappeared to the floor, had to use the handbrake to pull up in the pits (about 15min later after doing afew laps of the carpark). Work done: * All 4 calipers overhauled (seal kits). * Front Goodrich braided lines * New master cylinder (after 6mths of mucking around with getting the original bored and sleeved, never do that!!) * New fluid * New pads Yes, fun You definitely want overkill on your brakes. If you lose power you just slow down and pull over, if you lose brakes you hit a wall
  3. Yeah i'm very keen to get back to Wakefield but I wanna do some more work on the car first. Some semi-slicks, PowerFC and some sway bars
  4. 10 x rocket cover bolt rubbers. Think I might leave it another week or so, this shopping list seems to be growing ... Why not just throw in some Poncams while i'm at it eh?
  5. So what sort of spare parts did you take? Sounds like a week of high stress and grubby hands
  6. Interior + Engine bay pics?
  7. I have respect for the RB20, it starts at about 5,000rpm and finishes extremely quickly at about 7000rpm I'll come out and spectate at EC (gotta find a fire extinguisher first )

Damn their are some very nicely priced GTR's on there *cries*
  9. Another tip, when you are sitting in the queue (1st car in the box behind the burnout area) and it rains, don't use your wipers because it smudges you can't see a thing
  10. Looks neat, nice choice!
  11. Brakes: A set of high temp race pads. Afew bottles of Motul RBF600 Suspension: Spend as much as you can afford and then some I was out at Wakefield on the weekend spectating at the UAS trackday and whilst some cars handled very well others did not. The best handling would have had to be a white "HKS" R33 GTR. The suspension on that thing just hugged the road (pity he wasn't giving it much stick).

  13. Yes and my comment in that thread was "another power tripping cop".
  14. From what I have read it would be around the GCG Hi-flow or the HKS GTR-S kits, with both making around 250-280rwkw depending on support/tuning.
  15. What do these 'half moons' do exactly?
  16. Yeah I noticed #2 + #4 had a good teaspoon of motul oil sitting in there. I had my head under the bonnet of afew cars down at the Wakefield trackday yesterday and every RB25DET I could find had exactly the same problem so i'm not going to treat it as a high priority at this stage however it is a good excuse to get the rocker covers powder coated
  17. I heard a few good things about those SBS pads yesterday from various drivers. About $290/set by the looks of it.
  18. Another power tripping cop. If you have EPA/ADR/RTA reports then tell him to suck it as he stands no chance.
  19. You can only have them on when fog is about...
  20. www.nengun.com Make sure you select the right model RB25DET coils though (their are 2).
  21. Leewah how much do you want for about 500nM of your torque?
  22. I believe it's about $1,900ish just give them a call on Monday.
  23. The standard "GCG Hi-flow 450hp" will do that. Put aside about $2,200 fitted.
  24. Damn you WA tuners/dynos/cars ! 215-225rwkw from a std RB25DET/Turbo ouch!
  25. Update... Had a mechanic from UAS (new guy, didn't catch his name) take a look at it along with some other things and he bled the slave cylinder and adjusted the clutch pedal (outwards about an inch or more, it feels weird and slower to change gears until I get used to it I suppose). The gearbox hasn't been notchy or crunched once when changing up/down in the 200km i've driven it since the adjustments. The clutch pedal is very stiff (gets softer all the way in past the friction point) it feels brand new and is very consistent. I haven't tried any launches yet, still getting used to the pedal feel, it's like driving a different car altogether. Hopefully the problem just needed this simple adjustment
