Abo i'm 95% sure that's a SII R33. * Bonnet lips down over the center grill. * Headlights (im pretty sure on this part). * The panel at the rear between the bottom of the boot and the top-middle of the bumper (S1 is a clear plastic from memory).

Yes perfectly fine. Just choose a wise set of brake pads (RB74 from www.racebrakes.com.au for instance - ~$150/front) and don't pretend to try and break any V8SC lap records on the day and you will be fine. Do 3-4 laps and then just cruise around at 60km/h for a lap and then another 3-4 laps and call it quits for that session so you don't overheat the engine (coils/manifold/fluids etc) too much. Don't use your handbrake at all on the day, just rest your car on your jack stand or something solid.

Hey my door motor started doing exactly this about 3-4 days ago. It doesn't happen all the time but i'd say a good 50% of the time the car is on, weird! Another problem i've been having is sometimes the up/down button doesn't work so I just open/close the door and it works fine, probably related no doubt.I'll pull apart my door trim tomorrow and see if their is anything obvious wrong otherwise it's off to the Auto Electrician for a 2nd look at it. If anyone has a perfect working driver-side motor for sale pls PM me.

Well after hearing a weird noise in my engine bay last night (I was being paranoid, it's called a cold engine that hasn't been driven in 5 days) I went for a visit down to Hitman's workshop (being very very local and all...) and was quite impressed. Great workshop setup, excellent location and extremely helpful. Had my bonnet up for a good 30mins looking over things and discussing some future options. I've definitely found my tuning mechanic. He had an MR-2 on the dyno which had been tuned by another workshop and the gains in power he made by some simple cam gear adjustments was astonishing. Matt quoted me $80/hr for labour/dyno time and $450-500 for a full PowerFC tune.

Just curious what % tread is left on the above (guesstimate will be fine).
