I believe it is fuel pressure related....

I've had an 040 in my car for about 1yr now. It's certainly harder to start (you have to switch the ignition on, wait for the fuel pump to click off and then turn the key over). I can hear the pump but -only- when starting my car at midnight in the garage with the roller doors shut (ie, you can't hear it out on the street).

I've discovered a good/easy way to get upgrade your car so its a decent 1st-3rd running car and then switch to B-Spec mode and let your driver win the races for you. I've earnt around $30k in an hour by winning 2 Sil80's and 6 races. Almost have enough for a GTR now so then i'll go back to racing seriously again.
