  1. Seen this thread?
  2. Thx for the info Duncan, didn't know that. I'll get UAS to check mine next time i'm in
  3. That depends on whether you fill up with "Vortex" or "Vortex98" (Vortex98 has only been available for about the last 2-3mths).I've been using abit of the Vortex98 lately just for daily driving etc and it drives fine but I don't have a P/FC so I have no idea what it is really like. If i'm doing Drags/Trackday/Hard driving i'll always fill up with either BP98 or Synergy8000. I never use Optimax simply because the Shell servo's have basically disappeared over the past 6mths and Caltex (woolworths) are popping up left right and center.
  4. Gee birds fly fast these days... what type of birdie was it? Yup just gave them a clean actually... that's gotta be worth atleast 0.05sec by itself... Hopefully I have a new PB tomorrow night, no promises... might take a meeting or 2 to get the feeling for them (plus the right psi for my setup). Anything sub 2.0sec 60ft and it will be worth the purchase
  5. errr yup ! You just have to know how to do it...
  6. mmmgtir: The funny this is when the venue first opened I thought about getting a season pass until I seen the prices (from memory it was about $600+ just to spectate). I thought no way that is too expensive i'll never spend that much there... Since that comment i've been to every single wed nite event that has been held including competiting at about 7 events That place owes me well over $1,200 just from spectating/competing/food/merchandise Famous last words eh...
  7. I'll be there with some new things to work on... Spectators: 6-10pm Competitors: Gates open at 5pm (get there at 4:30pm if you can to avoid the long queues) and racing starts at 6pm.
  8. I just got my normal joe blow mechanic to do it, cost me $50 and about 1hr of his time..
  9. Geeze oakleys day and nite in that city...
  10. I'd recommend 1 that not many people have heard of I dont think... Motul RBF600, oh wait, hangon... don't mind me Motul all the way
  11. I'm in.... spectator of course
  12. www.nismo.com.au = $195
  13. Geeze that's a great buy.... someone buy them so I don't have to sit here looking at them forever !!!
  14. She'd hit you back
  15. all those people and not 1 decent ass...
  16. Yeah but what I find weird is...On the street the pedal is fine At the track whilst up to speed the pedal is just as good At the track whilst backing off for 2-3 laps the pedal goes mushy. I realise that the pads etc needs to be up to temperature in order to perform correctly however you would think that if the pedal is fine on the street and fine whilst zooming around the track that it would also be fine when backing off but still circulating the track. I need more experience, only done 1 'full' trackday in my life
  17. Who have you been talking to? I'm a hard man to please... just ask the NSW regulars
  18. That's a dood... look at the size of those fingers/hands !!
  19. Geeze don't make the pics to big
  20. Yup it's all about heat dissipation and tyre grip more so than size/brand If you want to stop better put in better quality fluid/pads. If you want to stop better for longer upgrade your rotors/calipers. I have the DBA4000 Slotted Rotors, overhauled calipers, braided lines, brand new master cylinder + cusco brace and good pads/fluids and I didn't have any issues when down at Wakefield last however... I noticed that when I backed off and did some cool down laps that my brake pedal went all mushy however soon as I got back up to pace the pedal came straight back... now that I find -extremely- weird.
  21. I think you have it the wrong way around...
  22. Don't tempt me now I'm like a kid at a candy store lately, don't know what I want !!
  23. Yup NFS:Porsche is definitely the best and most realistic NFS game out to date. Just a refurbishment to this would be nice.
