When I first had mine installed i'd get a vibration when doing 100-110km/h on the freeway and nowhere else. That has since disappeared (cant remember when and I didnt change anything). The backend is sooo predictable with the pineapples in, actually I never get sideways anywhere.

The weather this wed at wsid isn't going to be much better than last week

I ordered on 11/12/2004. Knowing that many places would be closed after Xmas I wasn't expecting a 4 day delivery time like my last order. I emailed him on 14/1/2005 and he said my part was shipping that day so I should hopefully get it sometime this coming week

I placed my order 6wks ago and still waiting so if you want coils 'urgently' buy local (for around $1,000+). Robo's are priced nicely.

Considering a hiflowed standard turbo is almost half the price and capable of the same power as a GT-RS I to would be disappointed in those results (however injectors would be needed).

I have stock 16's with 225/50/16's so i'm unsure about the 'low profile 17s'. I've used 12<->38psi and honestly found no difference at all but everyone you talk to says to drop the pressures right down (15-25psi). You will basically need 100+ mph to break into the 13's. Last wednesday wasn't the best night for doing fast times but atleast now you know how wsid works just a matter of getting back out there to practice some more.

What would you be willing to trade for ?

1. Drop your tyres pressures to ~20psi. 2. Install 'pineapples' (~$110) for better squat. 3. Drive the car like you stole it (seriously!!). I've done around 60+ passes and spent about $2k in mods (better tyres, shocks, ex cam gear, exhaust etc) and my very very very first run about 14mths ago (before that $2k was spent) was only like 0.05sec slower than what my PB is after 60+ passes and a much better drag strip. If you can get your 60ft from 2.3xx to 2.0x sec then you would be saving about 0.5sec in top end. Last night was quite hot but not hot enuff to make your car a full second slower (than what I think it's very capable of). * What rpm are you launching at? * Are you doing a burnout? * Do you drive the silver gst-t with bodykit and no rear wing?

Another night full of: 180, 200, R32, R33, Commodore, Falcon (take out these and you are left with about 10 cars). Coupla GTR's into the 11-12's (the white R33 GTR with black front lip was my fav). Coupla GTS-t's into the 12-14's. A very nice burnout from a van and quite a few eye-openers in the crowd :boobies2:

Both are fine and easily the cheapest for the majority of the parts.

I'd rather get fined for ripping the ticket up and littering infront of him then accepting that excessive exhaust noise fine (without any proper testing).

By "SAU Top 10" i'm guessing you mean this in which case Pos #12 is running standard RB25 internals and a standard RB25 Turbo (with NOS) so you won't need 400rwkw to get in the top 10 if that is your sole aim.

Ugh the dyno.... I heard it but never got a chance to see it. Whoever is incharge of grandstand seating at the Summernats should have been shot 5yrs ago.

Did he actually do a test on the exhaust or take 1 look at it and fine you?

I think next time im at a workshop ima wear a blonde wig and heals, my get my turbo replaced for free

If you want I could bag up some of the carpark (paddock) dust and post it to you, I have about 1.5 Tonnes of it from 2 days worth of parking Even my RSM and gear knob were covered in dust

I thought Braddon was quite average this year compared to '02-'03.
