Take a look at the www.gcg.com.au page and do a search for GCG Hiflow on here. It's a solid nights reading. Stock turbo = ~200rwkw. GCG Hiflow = ~260rwkw.

The factory gauge is in "mmHg" (Millimeters of Mercury). 1 psi = 51.71 mmHg (0.06 bar) 7 psi = 362 mmHg (0.48 bar) 12 psi = 620.52 mmHg (0.72 bar) 14.5psi = 1,023 mmHg (1.00 bar) The factory boost gauge is rated to "7" (x100 mmHg) = 700mmHg So that means: 7psi (factory boost) = 362 mmHg (about 50% up the gauge). 12psi (limit of factory turbo) = 620 mmHg (about 95% up the gauge). 14.5psi (1 bar) = flat lining on the "7+" (time to get a better boost gauge). From memory in stock form doesn't it only run 4-5psi up until ~4,000rpm and then above that it goes to 7psi?

The GCG Hiflow is fine for 250-270rwkw depending on your setup. Not bad for $1,200.

Don't take too much notice of the prices on the website, they are WAY out of date. Give them a call or see them in person and you will find that the prices aren't so bad after all.

My S1.5 (S2 engine) has '533' coils and I have a S2 coil (from a S2 car/engine) that had '6xx'. Sounds like you have the wrong coils (ie your mates car was a S1.5 with a S2 engine and your car is a S1).

Have you got any closeups of the interior ? I find the R32 interior (dash/surroudings) damn ugly (ancient) and if I could find something nicer i'd seriously look at getting an R32 GTR.

It helps when a dozen of the top cars infront of you are forced out of the race. If you ask me Webber was an 8-10th place racer in the Jag and I think in 2005 he'll move up to a 5-7th place finisher (or 3-4th if you take out the Ferrari's) for the season.
