I wasn't trying to say that if you take your GTR on a quick lap thru my housing estate it may not survive, what i meant was that if you did that twice a day for 2-3yrs surely it's going to drop the lifespan of a GTR engine? so that when you eventually do hit the track it only takes a few laps to bring it to an end.

You can't tell me that some "warm up" laps at Oran Park, EC, Wakefield is any harder on a GTR then some "spirited driving" thru Wisemans Ferry, Kangaroo Valley etc? Hell. . . the in/out roads of the housing estate I live in has more corners (and tighter corners) which I drive my car through everyday than any of the tracks listed above. Sure im only doing 50-80km/h but maybe some "No GTR Zone" signs should be installed on these roads if the sump design is so poor that these GTR's are dieing at such low strain.

Sure am. I agree with SK has said below however i'd rather only have to pay for 1 tune instead of multiple after each mod, my next mods will be EBC then PowerFC.

I noticed a difference! At the drags im breaking traction in the top of first gear when I launch which I wasn't before the Ex Cam Gear. I'm over it now tho and wanting that next mod A cam gear will cost you about ~$160-180 delivered from Nengun/Greenline. Along with about 1.5hrs of workshop time and its a great cheap mod for less than $300. Take a look:

I guess the only way to know is a few mths after you have got it and driven it to see what the condition is really like. It looks pretty neat in the 2 pics shown above. As many others say, leave $3-5k aside just for general maintenance and it'll last you years !! Their was a nice article in 1 of the HPI mags (issue 40 something) on the easiest, cheapest way to get good power out of a GTR for drag racing. Might be worth a read.

What year model car are the coils out of? Are they all confirmed working 100%? Would you be willing to sell them seperately? (ie 1 or 2 instead of all 6)

I put my R33 GTS-t up for sale Sunday just gone as a sorta semi-serious sale (all sorta depends on what happens over the next 2-3wks with work, more so who im working for). Carsales = $10/unlimited and has got me 2,759 views of my small ad (ie the list of all R33 GTS-t cars) and 72 views of my large ad (ie all my pics/car specs/contact details) with no phone calls.
