  1. I'll be there spectating. Probably arrive around 6.30-7.00pm. I will be either out in the pits or up on the grass bank bit... and on da mobile.
  2. bah anyone that beats me is cheating i say
  3. Well I plugged it all in and it switches on etc and is working but the only problem is the wire that im sposed to splice for the 'revs' does not exist on my harness, its empty??? Has anyone here installed 1 on an RB25DET recently?
  4. Edited again.... What im trying to do is have it so that i can disconnect the RSM 'while' im at work (to try and help prevent theft etc). So when im driving i'll -always- have the RSM connected. I was just thinking that by connecting <-> disconnecting the RSM it might muck up the ECU or speedo or something while the car is sitting there off.
  5. www.nismo.com.au sells them. They are supposed to help direct airflow that comes in through the grill. I'm sure they had some sort of benefit, how much are they worth on Nengun? I personally wouldn't pay more than about $30 for one.
  6. Just curious... for the people with the new style RSM (blue screen) does the actual RSM need to be plugged in for the car to work (like can the car/ecu still work 100% with the RSM plugged in). The RSM has a permanently connected cable which has a plug at the end of a 2ft cable. Their is then another plug with another 2ft of cable which is what actually connects to the ECU wires. If I was to connect it all up but then disconnect the RSM would everything still work or would it leave some of the loops open? Are you confused? I'm not far off it...
  7. 1990 N13 Nissan Pulsar Reebok *Limited Edition* It was lowered with mags and tints and fully sic bro.. now some hotttttt young 18yo chick from the North Shore has it.. :wavey: -> Alisha
  8. My Trust Ex Cam Gear arrived yesterday from Nengun (13,000yen + Shipping, took 2 business days to arrive). I just re-read over this entire thread to see if i'd be able to do it myself and it was an absolutely comedy haha. I was going to ring UniGroup this arvo and ask them to do it (I want a before/after Dyno run) but $160 is pretty rich, i'd happily pay $100 for it if its only a 30min job but $160 makes a cheap mod into an expensive mod. Hey JimX... :bananaman
  9. "I swear Officer, 22" Chromies come as a factory option..."
  10. Street Racing doesn't interest me after racing at WSID the last 2 weeks.... You don't get a time slip on the streets...
  11. "If Eastern Creek was open more often, we wouldn't have to come here," Sam Salah, 22, said. Mr Salah's Nissan Skyline was confiscated by police yesterday morning, along with his friend Eddie Semerci's BMW M3. They estimate each car to be worth more than $70,000. LOL, what was it a 10sec GTR ?
  12. Yup and I missed it
  13. Sounds interesting.. Maybe its similar to the Redline ShockProof Gearbox Oil (not many people have heard of it or are willing to pay the price but damn it works like a charm). I'd be interested to see/hear results of afew more cars yet tho...
  14. Don't spose you know an Andrew L. ? Got a better pic ?
  15. I ordered a RSM + Cam Gear last week which was sent by Nengun on Thursday and it arrived this morning (thats 2 business days or 4 days including the weekend). That puts Australia Post to shame, I used the online shopping cart and paid by Direct Debit. Very very very happy and highly recommended.
  16. Brand new they are only $968 from www.nengun.com I just had a package arrive in 3 business days (plus the weekend) which is the same time it takes to post a package from Syd -> Bris.
  17. I got the same mods (except 12psi not 10psi and also a fmic) still standard turbo and ECU and on 3 different dyno's I got - 203rwkw - 189rwkw - 180rwkw go figure....
  18. Ahh gotta love the marketing department of companies :slap: I ordered a 'Trust' Cam Gear from Nengun last week and think it was about ~$180 delivered (and their were other brands available at a cheaper price - HKS = $141).
  19. Website updated.
  20. I've been to 5 dyno days and watched over 130+ cars (mainly R33's). I'm quite confident in my answer. Although as you said... it mainly depends on the dyno
  21. LOL Try 165rwkw.
  22. Nice cruise guys (and gals), lucky that the weather held out ! It appears that their is life at Terrigal, I was amazed... even had to stop and "gather my thoughts". Got home at 3am
  23. ...however 1/4 Mile has a lot more to do with the driver than a Dyno does. My 60ft and TS time/speed show using data from 80 1/4 times on my website) that my car is 'capable' of a 13.8sec although im still hovering around 14.1's so how is that an accurate record of the power my car is making when my 1/4 time is slower than what it should be? (i'm lacking mid-top end).
  24. You can get "clear" covers for them. They are available for the RB26DETT but on Nengun it says they fit RB25DET also
  25. Here's a pic showing the bracket still in there but the weight removed. You can either just 'rip' out the weight (its just held in with sticky stuff) or you can just remove the whole bracket with the 2 screws:
