  1. Nah they were all taken. When I was arriving at EC last night I was sitting at the lights (red) and seen a pro get dropped off at the shell from 1 truck, she walked literally 25m up the hill to the set of lights to cross and a truck driver sitting at the lights waved for her to get into the truck. The poor girl didnt even get a break, although she would have earnt abit that nite
  2. Yeah watched Buster run and it was pretty sweet.. So how did it feel from inside the cabin Brett? I seen this guy in at the Shell servo when I left, he flagged me over and claimed that he did a 12.2 that nite I told him that Buster impersonaters would not be tolerated and slapped him upside the head. Damn that screamer pipe :whackit:
  3. I'd have to double check the price (receipt is at home) but it was done at GavSport (St Marys) ... speak to Kevin and tell him Ben sent you (He did the SAU DBA4000 groupbuy about 5mths ago too). Edit: I got a Spiggot Bush replaced at the same time too which i think was about $25.
  4. Damn all this tyre and money talk is putting me off buying a set of 17/18's.
  5. I've been using a Daiken Exedy Sports Organic Clutch for around 6mths now. Think it cost me like $650 installed or something like that. It has no problems holding back 200rwkw. Its the nicest clutch I have ever used (although only ever driven about 4 manuals hehe).
  6. How much are sump baffles ?
  7. I don't see how that makes a difference as the rear bar doesn't wrap around the corner it just goes flat across the back and then screws in right at the 'corner' as you can see here: Pic of rear bar on coupe Obviously my new 400R rear bar wouldn't fit as it has the side pods which connect to the rear bar and if the 4 door is 80mm longer than the side pods would have to be 80mm longer.
  8. Geeze, if only I had about $15,000 to blow on carbon fibre body panels
  9. You have been reminded
  10. Updated yours Brett... Moves you into 1st position for the R33 GTS-T's !! Anyone else that was there PM me your time, c'mon i seen like 5 lines there !@!
  11. Now if only I didn't buy that fuel pump and get my bodykit sprayed+fitted last week
  12. Mid 13's
  13. My new policy started on monday. On the phone it sounds like the business is run out of a garage but oh well i'm insured. 1995 R33 GTS-T $26,000 21yrs old Western Sydney 1 Speeding offence 40% NCB = $2,760
  14. I think you need to spend an hour and read over these 2 threads: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...=&threadid=9292 http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...=&threadid=9445 You don't need big turbo's, aftermarket ecu's etc to make good power and speed. You just need the right combination and also need to know how to drive the thing.
  15. Bah... If it was me I would do: 3" Front/Dump + 3" Cat (10-15rwkw) Cover your Pod in a box with a cold air feed (keeps things cooool) Pineapples (rear cradle bushes for HEAPS better traction) Ex Cam Gear Lightened Flywheel = i dunno about $1900 No point getting an aftermarket ECU yet because you still have heaps of bolt-on mods to do that will benefit from being tuned by a better ECU.
  16. I still believe you get what you pay for, meaning u'd need a solid $40k for a good condition R33 GTR and a good $35k for an R34 GT-T. Hopefully in a year i'll be able to find either 1 of the above to buy.
  17. Looks very nice !! Not fussed on the colour but its very neat and tidy. Do you have any interior pics ?
  18. If their is going to be a big ass TV and a BBQ im there for sure... if not then im back to being a 'maybe'.
  19. Atleast others will get to use the dyno before buster breaks it
  20. The state gov will probably put up the public transport fares again to compensate for all the defects.
  21. Yeah about time the Police did something about taxi's. Next it should be buses that get the finger. I'd say atleast 30% of buses aren't roadworthy. Well school buses anyway, the 1 i use to catch broke down on average about once a fortnight.
  22. I too put DBA-4000 Rotors front and rear around 5mths ago. Yet to use them on a track but combined with my RB74 pads (www.racebrakes.com.au) these things stop dammmmn good. (Now all I need to do is get my master cylinder re-sleeved and im back in the game)
  23. INASNT: Have you got and good quality closeup pics of the rear corners, i wanna see how flush it joins up coz i still got a 4mm gap on both sides. I think the problem is the side pods where they screw onto the mudflap bit... if i sand them back on the inside part any more they'll end up cracking.
  24. Their are 3 screws in either corner of the boot behind the upholstery, undo those. Take the plastic cover off that is where the boot latches on and then remove that plastic bit on the outside that says "S K Y L I N E" and you will need to remove/break 3 plastic plugs. Then the rear bar just slids off (in an outwards direction).
