On the way back from Summernats I smoked 1 of those old 351 Ford GT's, he thought he was all smart pulling up beside me and giving it afew revs, i dropped it from 5th back to 4th (if i went to 3rd it would have been over much earlier) at about 100km/h and flattened it on 7psi (didnt bother switching it to 12psi) so back then 7psi for me was about 180rwkw or something, bye bye ford GT.

At 203rwkw my stock clutch was "shagged". Got an organic sports clutch fitted, do a search for 'daiken organic sports clutch' and you should fine my big thread about it.

Gimme a call then and i'll show u what 203rwkw is... a noticable difference from 192rwkw (after i got the exhaust done down at Cobra's). Still though i personally can't even feel the difference between 192 and 203 but im holding onto the steering wheel. I think you'd have your balls in stitches after getting in a car with 240-250rwkw. No point aiming for any higher.

Good work !! Now you should really get the rest of your exhaust done. a Nice 3" Frontpipe + 3" Cat will give much better midrange power (around 10rwkw across the board). I noticed the improvement immediately when I had mine fitted and im sure it would dramatically improve your 1/4 times.

Att: RB25DET Purchasers I went and seen Kevin today at GavSport and the rear rotors are yet to be 'pressed'. The problem is that 'DBASteve' has gone on holidays and the other guys have fallen alittle behind. Kevin said the disc's are sitting their its just a matter of someone picking them up, slotting them and sending to GavSport. When asking if it would still be a week before I got them Kevin replied "I hope not, it should be an overnight job". But I think its still looking more like Mon/Tues. Ben.

I think $4k won't be enuff to get you to 300rwkw. Do you also have $4k for the suspension/handling setup because you will need it in order to put that 300rwkw to the ground. You gotta be thinking 50% power and 50% how the heck am i gonna use that power not just boost boost booooost. Edit: btw pm on icq again i think i lost your uin. Edit2: Now that I think about it Suspension - $1500 PowerFC - $1800 Tyres - $1200 = $4500 and you would be doing well to get 200-210rwkw from that. Your going to need atleast a $7-8k budget i think.
