4am according to www.formula1.com which means the pre-race will start on streaming at 3am hrmm I might get out of bed 15mins early and watch the first 40mins then go to work (I normally leave at 4.40am)
Use what you have with about 30psi and just do a small burnout (enough to scrub the surface and wipe off the water you drive through).
If you are still serious about it after your first night down the strip then buy a set of stock 300zx or r32 gtr rims and a pair of Mickey Thompson ET Street Drag Radials in 255/60/16 size.
A tyre doesn't just blow because its 'on a trailer' it blows for a reason.
Most likely they were bald to the belts and popped, wrong tyre pressure, or a tyre that sits in the sun for 364 days a year then gets used with a heavy load on it or are just under rated on load capacity.
I'm shocked at the condition of some tyres (and more so trailers) I see at the local circuits/drags.
Yup definitely a nice trailer Neilski.
This is the trailer im looking at getting made for $2200 rego'd (single axle)

Same company, same concept but these are imported from America and distributed by ARC rather than designed/built by ARC.
ARC = controlled formula only difference is the seat/harness with identical yamaha 1300cc 120hp engines, cars arrive built and ready to paint/race in choice of shells.
Nascup = diy kit minus engine+ancillaries with 1 shell choice for about half the cost of an ARC.
Now hurry up and get here damnit i been waiting 2mths
I looked at a couple of clubmans etc but found them too narrow for my large frame
Pity you want it road registered, i'm waiting on delivery for 1 of these..... www.nascup.com.au (with a hayabusa motor sitting in my garage ready for it)

Hrmm so Skaife hasnt actually announced his retirement, but is expected to next week.
I wonder how much the Bathurst result has impacted on his decision, maybe a podium would have kept him in the sport another season.
Well im gonna have to bite my own words because Skaifey has announced his retirement from V8SC at the end of this season. Wonder if that means Davison will replace him (that will leave DJR up shit creek again).
I too was surprised at the mix of cars but yes it was a very hot day. Their was a nice clean red r32 gtr there in the arvo when I was out watching Neil but I did't get any laptimes from it.
