Hey All I have a R32 GTR fuel pump for sale. I removed it from the car to upgrade it. It was running perfectly before removal. Im looking for $100 or offers. PM is a good way to contact me.

ive done it... its a pretty big job. you will need to be handy with a hacksaw and have a press at your disposal. you have to undo the brake lines, hicas lines and attessa lines and rebleed them all. you have to completely pull the diff and axles/hubs out of the subframe and all the suspension arms. a wheel alignment is required at the end. you will probably need 2 jacks to get the frame back into the car as well, as it isnt too easy to balance. all told though, its a worthwhile job to do. i dont have a complete how-to guide, sorry.

i changed these on my gtr.. i was able to get the new bushes in quite easily with an ebay 6 ton press i purchased.

according to the last newsletter i got from aaron, he has oran park GP days planned for may 29, july 6 and september 1.

i fitted these pipes into my 32gtr... i had to remove the a/c drain pipe as it was ~3mm from the rear dump. my a/c isnt gassed anyway.. so no drama there. i had to bend up the pipes going around the back of the head as they fouled on the rear o2 sensor. when i bought the front pipes, they came with an adaptor to fit the r32 o2 sensors.. if you dont have the adaptor, the smaller sensors will not fit.

just to make sure its the horn, put your ear next to it and have someone press the horn button.

that being said, i got 420km out of about 5/8th of a tank in my gtr over the weekend

in a bit of a bind... does anyone, possibly around the northern beaches area, have a turbine outlet gasket lying about that they may want to part with? would be very grateful to anyone that could help out!

i hooked up one of the $22 boost controllers to my gtr... i did it when the motor was out. on the underside of the rear of the plenum there is a rubber line that goes down to a T shaped steel pipe, which goes toward the front and rear of the car.. i disconnected this, and connected it to the inlet side of the valve. then i located the steel line that goes around the back of the head to the wastegate actuators and disconnected the rubber line from it on the plenum side and connected that to the outlet side of the valve. then i blocked off the return line side of the plumbing from the factory valve. i hope that makes sense... the boost control system in the car still looks stock, as you cant see the $22 valve cos its tucked up under the plenum. its currently holding 12psi absolutely perfectly, and im going to wind it further when the powerfc arrives im not sure how you would do this with the motor in-car... its very difficult to get to.

ive got a PEII on my r32... plenty of flow, and not overly loud. im very pleased with it

some pics, as requested in the doc, then some extras! the white cap the fuel gauge assembly coming out of the hole the stock pump in the cradle the sock fitted onto the 044 pump, which is already fitted to part of the cradle with a big hose clamp the pump and sock fitted into the cradle the pump with the outlet fitted and electrical connections fitted and in the cradle ready to put back in the tank the fuel gauge assembly I hope these pics help! Its not a real difficult job.. The worst part of it was running around trying to find the right fittings. I ended up getting them all from Kiwk Fix in brookvale. total cost for the job was about $310

wrong filter... gtr takes a z442. it has the same thread as a z145a, but a smaller body.

you will probably find you need to loosen the whole sump off to get the pump out. the oil pump sits on 2 dowels coming out of the block, so it has to come forward before it will go up.

Hey, Ive got some various bits for sale from my 32GTR. I have 2 standard turbos, with dump pipes attached. In perfect condition. From what I can tell, these turbos have never been boosted above standard.
