  1. usually, I would think that if there is a problem with the hot/cold flap motor, then this would come up withthe error code '26' (as opposed to 20).. which means something is very fishy? Where abouts you located patrick, maybe I can drop by one day and take a look for you?
  2. Happy birthday
  3. when you did the AC diagnostic, did it throw up any error codes in the first mode? ( or is it second - I can't remember)... anyways, if that part is fine fine it should flash '20'. Did it flash 20? or did you get something else?
  4. did you ever find out what the kit was called, especially the front bar?

  20. I usually get around 500 per tank.. I've done 250k's by the halfway mark.. Consumption is usually 10 or 11 litres to the 100k. Thats with a bit of everything, traffic, highway, twisty roads ect ect.
  21. not all mechanics have a break lathe, we do at our workshop, and we charge $20 per rotor, which is apparently quite cheap. (I've never had them priced anywhere)
  22. if you can, shop around for the OEM nissan timing belts.. I automatically assumed that the gates and dayco ones would be cheaper, so I went straight to repco and bursons.. it was only after finding out that they would have to order them in (and finish my half opened engine in a couple of days) that I decided to check the price of a Nissan one. It was $67.00, which was about 10 or 15 cheaper.. that was trade price though - but then so were the quotes for the dayco and gates.
