  4. hmmm sounds like fun.... I might just try and make it there providing that I don't have to work.
  5. hmmm so how much track time do we get? Do we do the same course everytime? What time does it close?

  9. Thanks for the wrap up, my castor is out quite a little, too and this has been quite helpful
  10. is that just when you get a missed call on your phone?? Like they prank you then piss off??
  11. we charge $20 per rotor to be machined at work.. not including the labour to take them off or anything... Just to give you an idea of the price
  12. If the timing belt broke I'm sure you'd know about it... the engine wouldn't be running at all... I'm assuming doodz has checked that the PS belt is A OK though??
  13. hmmm, well I changed the back tyres back to what they were, and the problem is MUCH better, although it still does pull to the left. I'm wondering if maybe this is because of the front left tyre being a TINY bit chopped up from a little understeer on the day... so little that I really don't think it would be enough to have a noticeable effect on the camber.. but yeah, I'm thinking about going to whatever the place is in thomastown for an alignment.
  14. I got pretty good fuel economy too... I think it's because of the gentle drive up wouldn't you say?? Anyways, did anyone else notice any alignment differences??
  15. yeah, well before mine went ever so slightly to the right cos my castor's little f**ked, but now I have to actually hold it straight..and the minute my hand starts getting tired..... <----- maybe it's nothing, I'll start complaining if it still happens after my proper tyres come back on...
  16. lmfao... as everyone has said, thanks to all the organisers for the day.. I had an awesome time also. And ash, my tyres were fine all day until the wet course where I destroyed my left rear tyre (because I kept drifting in the same direction) and chopped up the front left tyre a little from understeering.... which leads me to my question: Can doing what we were doing yesterday alter the cars alignment? Because my car is now pulling really hard to the left, sam and taco might have noticed on the ride home. I don't know for sure if it's an uneven tyre wear thing yet (as one side is more worn than the other) as I haven't put my old tyres back on yet, but when I let the car counter steer it'self.. by letting go of the wheel it was hitting opposite lock quite hard (don't know if this could affect it or not)...
  17. hey guys, did this the other week and it came out the shiz!! only problem is.. the inox didn't last long .. at first it was shiny as hell.. seven days later i pop the bonnet, and it's like it was never there in the first place does anyone know of a non silicon alternative that does the same thing?

  19. I will be getting AASA on the day.
  20. oh yeah, does anyone know about helemets? Do they hire? Costs? Ect ect..
  21. I think I might go to this one... let's try and get a few SAU people!! I know it's late notice!!
  22. Not too sure about aftermarket, you'd probably get one with a complete aftermarket ignition system though. Have you tried wreckers? Try type - m imports in Dande.
  23. I would have thought that Vicroads would care about K's being wound back. Like in rego forms you have to write down the car's millage. So say on my initail rego form I wrote down 150,000k's.. now say I wind the clock back to 80K and sell it, and when the next person writes 80k's on the form... it will show up on the database won't it??
  24. jesus.... does seaway ever stop f**king up?? They f**ked up my invoice but it was rectified, Since then I've recived numerous PM's from other people with similar problems not to mention what I've read on the forums!!! IDIOTS!!
  25. if you decide you don't want the GTR front bar, PM and I'll take it from you.
