if your using the stock intake pipe... get a long flat head screw driver... stretch the stock intake pipe over your q45 afm... works like a charm till you can get a new intake pipe made up

hey guys just a couple of dumb questions, i was looking at different cam pakages on nengun and im not sure what 1s i should get as im not sure which series my motor would be, the car is anr33 gtst, series 1 headlights and the usual bits n pieces on the outside, but i have series 2 wiring under the bonnet, i know this as i fitted a q45 afm few weeks ago and i only have the 3 wires for the afm which worked out good because the q45 only has 3 and i dont have the ignitor... i think its called that for the coilpacks, oh and 1 more thing, how long does the usual standard turbo last for... probably a dumb question, it runs 14psi all day every day, run 16psi for about 2 months... it has been running the same boost for about 3 years, anything that i could look for to tell me if its still a stocko? thanks in advance

hey guys my tacho has a little fit at 3000rpm... bounces left to right untill the revs get up to 3500rpm then its fine... it has been doing this for about 5 years, worked fine 1 day while i was passenger with the last owner/mate of mine... then BANG lol it started to do stupid stuff.. my mate said it stopped doing it for half an hour when he changed the coils over but then it started doing it again, i have owned the car for 3 years now and i just did a search here while being bored and i couldnt seem to find anyone with the same problem ohh and by the way, the fc commander doesnt jump around in revs... so what im asking of all you guys is..... does anyone know what the hell is wrong with it lol thanks in advance

buy a z32 or q45.... dont start hacking at afms left right n centre..

hey guys just a quick question, was wondering if anyone has a diagram/picture of how i have to wire up a q45 afm to my r33 gtst, i have recently bought a power fc and my standard afm was maxing out so i was in the market for a z32 afm, but i have purchased a q45 for a cheaper price that some z32 afms are selling for, so now i need the help to install the bugger ive tried to search for old topics about it, but i havnt had any luck any help would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance... michael

hey all i was just wondering if it is worth the hassle or is it trouble free.... to fit a gtr plenum to an rb25? i tried the search button and it kept coming up with an error, ill try again later, but if anyone could give me a few ideas whether to do it or not and how its done, it would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance
