  1. Over torqued the plugs possibly? Otherwise you will have to prove that the oxy process damaged them. Those bores make baby jesus cry.
  2. Yeah I can ship anywhere you want mate.
  3. Hey guys, I have a complete air con setup off an r32 gtr. It's in very good condition and all very clean, came off a half cut with very low k's. It includes: Compressor bracket with bolts Compressor Condensor New lines from Nissan to/from condensor and compressor New Belt Gas cannister thing that is on the condensor Basically everything for a complete install. I bought it to install in my own, but I just won't end up doing it I don't think. Anyway price is $250 for the lot. Location is Brisbane 4118. Cheers.
  4. Yeah agree with that, should have shit in 320 just on pulp alone.
  5. I have seen quite a few people (including myself once upon a time) install the CAS back on the bracket with no front cover or spacers. You either run the front cover, or you have to space the CAS out from the bracket, doing neither will wreck them quickly. Won't be your issue if your running front cover/spacers but.
  6. Do a sensor check through the FC as already mentioned. Sounds like it was running without AFM's and consequently fouled the spark plugs. I am actually suprised that it didn't kick after you replaced the plugs. Pull the feed line off the rail too and check your getting good pressure with the ign on.
  7. 14411-75F00 is plain bearing, used Nov 2000 onwards http://nissans15.com/turbo.htm Probably worth around $4-5 hundred-ish. No difference in ADM/JDM, goes off the year by the look of it.
  8. It probably needs to be rebuilt, sounds like some serious issues with it to be honest. I would have thought spinning it over by hand after the rebuild would have revealed rather quickly that the squirters were wrong.
  9. Check; ECU for fault codes (Potential CAS issue) Coil packs for cracks (Could just duck tape them to test initially) Spark plug condition & gap Failing that put a FP gauge onto the rail and check what your getting against factory values. If the AFM was bad previously, it may have fouled the plugs due to running in safe mode.
  10. There Mazda rx7 13BT injectors. Should be a denso part number on the side if you want to confirm, pretty sure they are but.
  11. Wiseco rb25det pistons in my rb26/30. 11cc dome with 0.8 off the deck.
  12. With the money it will cost to pick-up a 26, you can get a NEO then spend the rest on mods to get it @ 350. Plus it's going to be WAY more reliable than a tired 32 rb26 hitting limiter all day.
  13. I still run the rb30 tube/dipstick on myn with the adapter plate. All I did was fill it to the correct level, then I marked on the dip stick again where high was. Works for me anyway.
  14. rb20 shitter that has seen 20+ years of limiter. end thread/motor
  15. If I had to guess possibly the high pressure oil feed to the turbo. Location seems about right. Just leave it and in the morning look at it with better light. I wouldn't risk driving it again personally.
  16. I want these. Just can't afford
  17. Sell the SAFC and put the money towards a Nistune. Don't muck around with hack jobs, it's just money down the toilet.
  18. Yeah I ended up getting a "moroso engine block cleaning kit" from repco. Had to order it in. http://www.kmjent.com/cart/product.php?productid=993 I was told by a couple of guys that the spray gun cleaning kit works great too as you mention r31. Now just need some carby cleaner and Im set, got a HD air compressor off a mate too blow it all out at the end. Thanks guys.
  19. Mate of myn modified the swaybar to go around the front of the sump, then slotted the mounts to lower it down. Can get more info off him if needed.
  20. Hey guys, For those of you who have done it, what's the best way to go about cleaning the inside of a grub screwed crank? Apparently you can get wire brush cleaners that you can bend to get inside? Cheers.
  21. So you don't understand how to do it, yet you find the use of a relay un-necessary? Yeah people just spend more time wiring them in for nothing, so you should be right to skip it.
  22. 30et manifold will fit it.
  23. That's awsome power congrats on getting her going again.
  24. I don't think you will get away with re-using a MLS as mentioned already, that is more than likely the issue.
