i have seen vids of R34 GTR'S on the autobahn holding 320kmh for like 30-40 seconds so its possable but not likely clarkson can do it.

it will be on like donkey kong people importing like crazy

thats not to bad the exchange rate is verry close to us at the moment sorry to sound like a smart arse but franchise owners can and will charge what ever they want they dont have to sell at a set price like mc d's unless its stated in the global contract hence nissan aus selling there cars for what ever they want for them

not sure about that one. but if you have or some one else has removed the steering wheel i know the light comes on its a matter of serching the forums to find the answer. The thread is on here i rember seeing it maby try the diy section steering wheel removal

they do but the ecu has lights to conduct the test

go to DIY section and do an aac clean clean your afm also

why didnt they knock out all the evil fringe dwellers with the 350GT why the GTR. surely they would have sold more 350GT's than GTR's. And Luxury Car Tax what a joke its like they are saying you have more money so you wont miss it as much as every one else. i can say unless this bum fight gets fixed my new employer wont be geting me one of these cars truly sad

received the afm today its awesome col realy pulled out all the stops to get this to me i recommend him to any buyer 1st class all the way Cheers Col your the man

even with the standard reset disconecting the battery will not clear the diagnostic you have to perform the diagnostic to fully clear it

to test the o2 meter. swich to diagnostic mode 2 and you will see the engine check light go on and off if you rev and hold your engine at 1500 rpm. something that will help s2 owners http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Di...S2-t210274.html

ok after alot of messing about i will finaly give you guys a way to do a diagnostic on an S2 with no lights on the eccs first find the consult plug in the fuse bos next to the steering wheel as in pics next remove the plug end and turn your car to the on position dont start it get a paper clip and insert into only the holes shown for 2 seconds and remove your engine check light should start to flash a series of codes ECU Diagnostic Codes 11 Crankshaft position sensor 12 MAF sensor circuit (air flow meter) 13 Coolant temperature circuit 14 Vehicle speed sensor circuit 21 Ignition circuit 31 ECU (ouch!) 34 Knock sensor 43 Throttle position circuit 45 Injector leak 51 Ignition circuit 54 Auto signal to ECU 55 All OK Turn the ignition off to put the ECU back to normal and clear all faults. to check the o2 sensor follow the prompts above but dont tun the ignition off just start the car the check light will flash off for rich on for lean.

give your air flow meter a clean with NF contact cleaner on the inside

i have cleaned the afm and aac is there any pics on how to do the shorting out prosess the work shop manual only has consult interface ways of doing it??????????

hey duncan at what temp does the ecu start to cut back on the fuel? also if you were having a track day would you recomend taking out the thermostat for optimum cooling+fue econemy?

dont think so i drove around for a while with my one unpluged (ha wireless radiator) and nothing bad happend good to see what the other guys on the forum think though never take one persons word for it Have fun with the car
