  10. sorry markimak the only tow bar i know of fitting a skyline is the S14 one. i spose you would have to mesure the gap between the chasis and get a mesurement off turbotim that would be a good start point. or order one from nissan if it dosent fit get your money back thats what i did.
  11. there is a slight bump on the back of the car that can be taped in with a hammer and the nuts inside the chassy will have to come off all basic jobs if you have a cold chisel and a hammer. An oxy will help but may cause rust later on up to you.
  12. awsome some one with a clear answer
  13. im not converting the car so i dont care how much every one else paid for there bits. i know there are bargains out there my car is one and conversion kits are cheap if the purchacer wishes to do the seaching and home work they may be supprised at how cheap it is. how much does a patrol (same as a skyline one) cluch go for these days not $1000 im sure
  14. verry true but would it be better to run the engine with high presure or low presure?
  15. i wouldent say dodgey sender unit just a differnce in volume of oil btw my oil is 5-50 full synth
  16. somthing to chew on when you fill your engine up with oil and you fill it to the top of the full line on the dip stick the oil presure should be 3.9-4.0 cold 1.9-2.5 warm. but if you fill the engine to 2mm below the full mark on the dip stick the oil presure cold is 6.8-8.0 and 2.5- 4.0 warm the big question is what is better for the engine. does it work like this lower presure lower oil flow warmer engine? or higher oil presure higher flow warmer engine? i am lost at what to do i will leave it to the brains trust SK will probably know what to do
  17. i have seen some cheap boxes and conversion gear on the site. i have even seen one guy asking for a high stall auto swap for a manual and all the conversion gear! all you have to do is search
  18. why not buy it for $10,000 and save your self $500 and convert it your self
