what power are you making with the new turbo setup? and have you run it down the 1/4 since?

Just wondering what the whole process of installing Z32 or the RB20 in a GTR is. Obviously changing the size 65mm to 80mm will require filter adaptors and the adapted plugs. Tried to find some info but couldn't track it down in the forums. Say you had the HKS pods do you need diff piping?? Cheers, Penold

What's the consensus on installing a higher flowing fuel pump with regards to running rich. A few guys say that it makes no difference because it runs back to the tank BUT I remember a couple of guys on the forums saying that a higher flowing fuel pump seems to put increased pressure through the injectors & run richer. Just wondering what the verdict is & peoples practial experiences, do you need to adjust the ECU? Oh, & what the signs of a fuel pump on its way out. I sometimes here a wierd urmphh noise when I switch off the ignition (but only sometimes) from the back right of the car. I know its already running rich though (1 o2 sensor is rogered & CAS is retarded). Cheers, Penfold

I'd get a Tomei or Nismo pump - fits straight in & has the flow you'd be after but your looking at about $400-500. The Bosch 044 is cheaper but depends if mucking around with it whether its worth it. I personally went with the Tomei. Its a GTR so surely a extra hundred bucks is worth it to get a straight replacement. Cheers, Penfold

Are there any detailed instructions on how to do this - ie modding power supply and getting xbox to automatically boot with power ie from the boot? Cheers, Pefnold xbox owns all for a couple of reasons: 1. boot up time (windows takes forever & you stop running it) 2. Its pretty knock resistant already (designed as a console) 3. the software out there is great for these kinda of activities. 4. you can run a decent sized hard=drive & forget about disc reading.
