Some absolute wanker in a silver r32 tonight leaving spaceo in lane cove, was coming out behind me, cut across 2 lanes and floored it, mind you i was indicating to merge right, so lucky i didn't. Tis people like him who give skyline drivers a bad reputation , apart from that spotted a white r33 in the city on crown street, and a silver r34 on william street round 545pm today.

I had a blitz BOV in my excel before i got the skyline but yeah i agree, putting stickers on a car thinking it'll give you that extra 23kw is so rice it's not funny .. it was much better in the excel to shock the shit out of people when you could actually beat them hehe..

Hey mate! I've got a wolfv4 with hand controller, and apart from the extra time it takes for the engine to start up i love it!, it does idle quite badly on start up in the cold for a few seconds, but i stress a "FEW" seconds.. then it pops back to normal, i don't use it's build in boost control as i have other means for that, but all in all i'm quite happy, i still need to get it tuned and refined a little bit more to get consumption a bit better, then i'll be completely happy.

plastic body kits where and how much
Aeris replied to Let Me Drive's topic in Exterior & Interior Styling
not sure who makes it but i saw a add in either ralph. autosalon or something similar a while back, about plastic bars, that can bend and contort, and not get damaged, they had a bar being fully twisted and it went back into place perfectly, i think they were expensive though, around 3k if i remember. -
ah yes, the soccer field area was always full of dickheads hehe, i've seen a dick in a white r32 run a few reds near beacon hill maccas, could be the same one.. grr yeah i'll def be up for cruise soon... do you use msm stan? my names andrew

HELP, Regarding License Suspension and P plate bans!!
Aeris replied to habibskyline's topic in New South Wales
I had a unlicensed prick hit into me on my bike, needless to say he ended up having to pay around 35,000 in damages to me, he lost all his posessions, car, you name it.. you're very lucky this didn't happen to you, don't make up an excuse, as they'll know you're making one up, there is NO valid excuse for driving unlicensed, although my friend did have one, but his circumstances were different. He had the 5 year gold license and it had expired for a few days when he got caught, but in your circumstance, the best thing you can do is plead guilty to the driving unlicensed charge.. and get a good lawyer who might know a few tricks.. from the way the new laws read, i think you'll not be able to drive your car, as it's a second offence, a first warrants only you be limited to passengers. -
For motorbikes you can get a clear lcd panel, that is perfectly unnoticable, and then with the press of a button it turns the crystal display off and the screen goes white blanking your plate.

Is there a place in Sydney that actually sells these? or did you get yours off the site? if so how long did it take to arrive etc? how's it fit? went throug the site and it looks quite good.

Haha i used to live in beacon hill, at the time there were some r32's in my street, i noticed that in NFSU2 myself!
-
There could be many reasons why he can afford it!! i was acting alot when i was younger, and at 16 i could of afforded any car i wanted!, not everyone gets their parents to buy them things, sad thing is, i had more money then, than i do now haha... not having a go at ya dude, just adding my 2 cents worth.

Ban Turbo Cars From P Platers? Just wanna know where this stands...
Aeris replied to OC's topic in New South Wales
I am on my Green P's, i'm 26 years old, yet i've been riding motorcycles since 1996, so don't say all P-Platers lack experience!, i just never had the need for a car until recently, i've never got a speeding ticket, and i never speed on the road, as i saw a car run a red light and kill my friend on her bike infront of me!, even before that i still was extra careful and didn't speed, but let me tell you something, i've been knocked off my bike 3 times in my life, none of which were my fault, but each time it was a FULLY LICENSED DRIVER that did it, once was a car running a red light, once was a soccer mum in a 4WD reversing into me and a car rear ending me at a red light... whilst i agree, all younger drivers should by all means do extra courses, what makes you think fully licensed drivers shouldn't as well? i have done countless advanced riding courses, and also advanced driving courses, and i still think i could do alot more, and eventually will!. Don't be so judgemental with EVERY P-Plater, some might surprise you. -
I'm in frenchs forest , there's also a guy who parks a series 1.5 black r33 across the road from me too, although i've yet to see the driver, and there's a r32 gtr in my street as well.. i'm up for a cruise sometime too... just waiting to get my car engineered first before i drive in a large group, want to be 100% certain i won't get a defect, and not have to stress the whole time that i'll get done
-
Thanks for all the replies guys, i was wanting to get one mainly because i liked the look of one particular design, but if it can't be engineered or made legal, i don't wanna know about it hehe, perhaps i'll look further into modifying my stock bonnet with a scoop/airflow type setup, i heard somewhere that these aren't illegal, correct me if i'm wrong.

Can Carbon Fibre Bonnets be engineered?, i know just cars won't insure, but just curious about their legalities etc and if there are ways around them.

Summernats grand champion a car theif...
Aeris replied to Binky1970's topic in General Automotive Discussion
Heir heir!! I agree!!, i still think that auto electocution thing they had in either robocop or starship troopers should be made a real thing mind you it'd have have to be 100% certain hehehe I'm glad they got caught, just cos they're enthusiasts and supposed local hero's doesn't mean they can do whatever they want you think he'd have a respect for other peoples machines if he himself spent that much time and effort on something, i'm the sort of person that if i even accidently bump someone elses car in a car park and there's damage i'd leave my details, as things i spend alot of time on mean so much to me, i value other peoples possessions as well, anyway glad they got caught -
Spotted a black r33 skyline with two mountain bikes on rear bike rack sunday morning <8th> on City Road just turning onto Parramatta Road, also saw a White r33 done up quite nicely, cruising past forest way shops on monday night around 11:30pm.

Thats what happened to my first skyline last october although another car caused me to spin out, mine was a write off, and i lost about 5k so i can feel your pain Sxyr34, glad you got it back, i so think thieves should be given life imprisonment or the death penalty, hrmm or perhaps that thing they had in robocop in the advert that shocked the people to death
