  2. For that sort of money, rebuild a L28, run Megasquirt, with a Turbo, still cheaper, than buying it for the engine.. Nigel

  10. Kent, not sure how many people on here have a 240K, from hanging out here for a while, lots have the C210, not the C110, But I hope some more put their hands up, as I want one. Nigel

  12. If they are standard VL injectors, they will run out of 'puff', I did run VL injectors on my Turbo L24 (15 psi), and they couldn't flow enough fuel, so now I run 440cc RB26 DETT injectors, they work a charm. Nigel

Well my Nissan dealers merged into Motors, and the last 2 time I went to buy something for my C110, I had to supply the part number, or find the part on a 280Z (gear shift pin bushes), since they didn't have my car. now tell me how crappy that is. a copy off the Nissan fast would be handy, I'm sure some one got a copy. Also I think it has a element of luck involved, these two cost me $700, and $750, the 4 door took 2 years to get (a old woman had it since new, garaged all its life), the coupe, well I've been looking for even longer (5 + years) and my other 4 door cost me $1200, but that was 8 or 9 years ago, Nigel
  17. These looks nice, but the MR30 Hatch looks ugly. (I've wrecked one) I'm not going to mention the C210, as you might pick on my C110 :-) Nigel

N47 on dished pistons with a T3/4 turbo .50 in, .63 exhaust, that's what I'm running now. since I've never seen a P90 head, this is my next best thing.. peanut shaped combustion chamber to help with swirl, dished pistons to drop the compression ration, and once I un-shrouds the valves, it should add a few more cc to the head. I'm going to build a L28 with a N47 head (reason I'm after a second head), maybe put the larger valves in, haven't decided yet, as it all comes down to cost Nigel
  19. Wont you need to get these engines 'certified / engineered', I would not think the 'L' box would be strong enough for a v8, I ran a 'celica' box behind my ford 250 crossflow, done the bearing mod, lasted forever, but I had always though the 'supra' boxes were even tougher ? Nigel

  23. Are you sure of the date, my 3/'77 240K is the model earlier that the one in your pictures, I thought '78 and onwards were the C210 but it is very clean. Nigel
  24. I'm still using the MR30 injector holders on my turbo L24, MAG86, do you have some picture you can put somewhere to show me what these look like and how they fit ? Nigel
