Interesting. I am 21 at the moment, but would like to have a house by 23-24 and at the moment its really putting me off because of the rapid price rises. I am just hoping the market does crash when everyone realises its too expensive to buy let alone build, so people start living at home longer or renting. I guess hoping for a house at a certain age is not the way too look at it, just jump in when the prices are at a low.

Hello, I have been enquiring about the Do Luck BNR32 body kit from a company called BOOM Industries. I initially sent an email directly to Do Luck USA and they forwarded it to these guys. Now, I have been told I can get a bit of a discount on the kit (god knows why, but I ain complaining), but the shipping OMMFG the shipping. They came back to me with a quote to ship the kit to Perth International Airport. The kit will be in a box with dimensions 195x68x86cm, so nearly 2 metres long. The shipping cost.... 98,000jpy , thats about $1170 and thats only to the airport, I will have to get it delivered from there to a workshop or my house as well. Does that seem like a lot to you?

True, at least all fluids, tyres (if you imported it) and a check over and clean. After that, drive it around for about 2 months to see if you can 'feel' anything wrong with it before modding. Also, I got mine dynoed before I did anything to see what the power and boost curves looked like and see if they held steady or spiked/dropped off.

A little off stopic but I didnt want to create another thread for this.... If you have a D-Jetro and still have the standard AFM's, does unplugging the volts supply from them make them permanently open or closed? or is that the wrong 'action' of an unvolted AFM?

I only pay fully comp because of the theft chances I don't drive irratically, sure I might get speeding fines (none in the GTR yet, touch wood) but third party F&T is a waste of money because they only cover your car upto $5000 which is pitence on a ~$25,000 unique car. Which means, by the time I have paid my car off, it will have cost me approx. $52,000 including interest on the loan and insurance.
