  1. That was running exaust, intercooler, and 12.5 pounds of boost. The first one was the same but without the safc.
  2. G'day, Since were posting dyno graphs heres mine. The green was running all the same mods other than the S-AFC. Bit of a difference hey? P.S Its supposed to say 260.6HP, my bad.
  3. The f#ckin thing has a standard box!!
  4. Thats how i'm doin it. But not HKS. How much could I sell a stock turbo for??
  5. Probably because the stock turbo cant make more than 7 pounds of boost below 4000 revs.
  6. I didn't notice any. I leave the car on high all the time. Obviously if you thrash the car your goona use fuel. Its too frustrating to drive the car on stock boost!
  7. No, it will be safe. 10 psi constantly shouldn't do any damage. Between 7 pounds and 10 pounds there will be no difference in fuel economy.
  8. Pushhead, I don't speak for everyone one, but in my experience I have never taken the car off High boost. I wouldn't bother spending the money on a duel stage boost controller. I would just buy a GFB single stage, set it at 12 pounds, the safc tuned And leave it at that. Why do you want to run low boost aswell?
  9. I've heard its a good engine. Internals are a lot stronger than a normal rb25. I think the turbo can handle close to 300 at the wheels.
  10. What the F#ck is with the engine bay!?!
  11. Yes, yes it is. Thats why I sold it.
  12. Yes.
  13. They use there own ball bearing pack so the turbo stays ball bearing. Many hiflows aint. The stage two costs $2150, uses t34 turbine wheel and to4 comp wheel, Machined stock housings rated at 500hp. This is 100% bolt on, dont have to change a thing. But I don't like the size of the stock housings, I think this set up flows fairly shit.
  14. Only if you dont change the housings. The housings are pretty small. I'd be inclined to change em. But that means new oil and water lines, down pipe, maybe inlet pipe. Depends what you want. You could ask a hundred different people and get a hundred different answers, I know! For some sort of hybrid semi bolt on(as in using the stock manifold) you'd be lookin at between $1500-$3000.
  15. Don't you mean t3/t4?
  16. You need it when you put the boost up on an r33 cause the engine starts runnin rich. (too much fuel, loss of hp) Safc can lean it out again.
  17. Yes, Very good upgrade. If you can't afford a new ecu, then the safc is the way to go. I had mine for about a year, just sold it cause im gettin a wolf. But well worth the money. Look good too.
  18. Ha.
  19. yeah, Sunday sesh at little creatures.
  20. Sweet. Who's car?
  21. Mine does that. Grant told me what it was. Can't remember now, something is a little out of calibration. Computers not f#cked.
  22. No, its more technical than that, you forgot to mention its a straight pipe... oh no you didn't. Hey kym, what clutch did you go for? Auto clutch one??
  23. Nah, i'll beat it with a new turbo. Easier to do that way.
  24. You'd beat me now. At this time my car is stock! Stock boost, stock computer. But i'll have my new ecu in the next two weeks, and hopefully a new turbo a few weeks after that. Then i'll try a 12.7.
  25. You can buy my afm in about a week or two, when I pick up my wolf.
