Just got my car back from autoclutch, F#ck yeah!! Its awsome, I've never felt it grip so hard. Im happy:D

yeah, it looks easy as a spectator. The first time i went and watched I thought the cars gettin mid 13's were slow, how wrong I was.

I know what its like to have your car sitting in a work shop for a couple of days. I usually ring a couple times a day just to see how things are going. I get paranoid that something has gone wrong, or they've found something terribly wrong with it. But don't worry, im sure you'll have it back soon.

I haven't been beat by a v8 down there, maybe I get the slow ones. I've dragged a new maloo, vu r8 clubsport, vt gts, a few old comodores, not sure the name of old models. V8's=top end speed=Bullshit!!

You've got a pretty nice terminal speed though, your just loosing it at the start. But 2.3 60ft isn't that bad, my first 13.8 i had a speed of 2.1, but my 13.7 was a 2.3. And that was during the day!! I think that the track was really grippy though due to the heat.

Won't be a f#cked cluth more much longer. Dropped my car at autoclutch this afternoon, I'll be on the road again tomorow, look out!! The guy that picked it up said I should notice quite a diference in performance, cause the old one would have been slipping slightly all the time without me realizing. Looking forward to the cruise.

Gtr read outs will be lower cause its taken at all 4 wheels. I'm not too sure if thats how it was done at speedworks though. But I know that at auto saloon, they had a fairly worked GTR 33 on the formaz dyno and it only read 250hp, thats 10 more than what mine read on the same dyno. No way were we that equal.

Drag racing is a skill that I doubt anyone here has mastered, or come close. John tang's silvia pulled 11.4, but he wasn't driving. He hired someone to race it because the only times he was getting was 13's!! Imagine havin a 11 second car but could only pull 13's, You'd be pissed!!

G'day. Macka, I think you must have the upgraded organic one. The ceramic one wouldn't die that easy. And I don't think you'd get such the strong burning smell, but I could be wrong.

Well in general, I would like to pull a 10sec 1/4, while a chick has a face in my lap. But we don't get what we want all the time. Besides, they don't let ya take a pasenger down the strip.

You should win though. You've got a bigger intercooler than me, bigger piping, greddy plenum, wolf 4. I'll just have to use my pure driving skill to toast ya. :whackit:
