Turbo fan chiped and spilt, some play on shaft, take it thats y im getting blue smoke, boost is not wworking wont go past 0 on boost gauge. Wot I noticed to was some manifold studs are missing/snapped.

Hi ive just joined this site as ive just bought a r33 gtst. It has a boosting problem now and blue smoke when turbo should kick in, boost gauge seems to be working tho, bov not work to. Anyone got any ideas? Im just new to turbo ccars.i can see turbo has m12 on it.
