  1. I have no idea what spam is, lol.Not really a computer person sorry. If need be this can be deleted.
  2. I was snooping around the interweb when I stumbled across this site and found out a heap of great information that made a lot of sense to me (a newbie). Im not sure as to wether or not there is one on here already and if not I thought this would be a great topic to start. Please feel free to add your own discoveries from other sites and stuff. This is the best one I found: http://www.skylineowners.com/forum/showthread.php?t=66975 Enjoy and I hope to hear a lot of discussion pro or con to the information myself put here. Thank you, Aaron. For some reason I cant get the link to paste so I typed it out and still wont work. Any ideas? Essentially type into google: RB25DET Tuning Skyline Owners Its the first one.
  3. My Hondas have been the same. All I ever really needed was a 10mm and 12mm spanner. Hopefully I never have to use them on my skyline. (When I get one anyway) lol.
  4. Thanks man
  5. Thanks man
  6. What do they do exactly? I'm new to all this so unsure. Do they have a performance benefit over stock on a stock motor?
  7. Car looks nice man. Plenty of Info and nice people here on site. Welcome
  8. Just Cars seems the only place importers can go which really sucks. Its not like we dont have high performance cars in Oz either Plenty of time mate. I might get one in 6 months maybe a year maybe 14 months. But wont be any earlier than 6. Just see what i come across but i am forever on gumtree and car sales looks and reading up. Seems they all have the same mods too. Splitfire coilpacks, FMIC, 3" dump into 4" or something like that. I figued a meet is the best way to get to know the car and hear what the drivers have to say about their model Skyline. Be good just to join a car community again.
  9. Yeah the other two I looked at weren't too keen. Who knows though in a year when I get one may even be cheaper Sent from my iPhone using SAU Community
  10. $970 annual with agreed value of $13,300 and excess of $825. My civic isn't much less than that. That's for full comp through just car.
  11. As long as it is mechanically fine im not too worried about the dents and faded paint. I want a project so would be good for me
  12. I am 28 so by the looks of it I will need about $1500 a year which isn't too bad. I seen quite a few for around the 5-7k mark so I was just going off that but by the sounds of it the cheaper would have something wrong with them. I wont buy one unless myself and the person who helps me is confident with the car. Probably best to buy one that's on site here as I can research it then. I only tired to look at Shannons and NRMA. Chances are they could insure me and I would prefer NRMA as I am with them but at the end of the day it depends on what is the best deal that covers what I want.
  13. Thank you, im a getting a lot of help and information from this forum and I appreciate it. The majority seem to be around that mark. What is the comprehensive insurance on one of these? Every time I try to get a quote on line they say I need to call
