I don't use phones at work although my 18y.o. duty manager did that at the start. Use texta + cardboard boxes to communicate, many older people especially italians, greeks and chinese usually cracks shit and walked off. And often send old people on its way if they write with their shit handwriting, i.e. write like the heart monitor lines.
