    Recieved and replied. I know this is the case, just wondering if anyone have gotten one without engineers certificate. The 33 I mentioned doesn't have one despite it's '95 model.

    Geez, there is a 33 gtst S1 I'd like to purchase, have PFC, 2835, Greddy plenum, injectors, wheels blah blah for attractive price of $12k 3 hours away... And no RW joints are willing to give out certificate, I wonder how do these Silvia owners (particularly S14 and S15) get one?

    Did you get Chris to look at FMIC/Piping? Check clamps which wouldn't be a bad idea, old clamps - let some air out making it bit lagger, absurd I know but.
