Because of some fool decided to back into the 33 while I'm busy earning my crust, excuse crap pictures. It'll cost you $200 to paint the bumper and grill (Contact Vu @ DT Panels). So, I'm dropping the price to $10,000 no RWC might include Rego thou. Don't want to hear offers anymore. How much are you asking for yours? If you're really desperate, lower the price until it's sold or sell it to dealers. I do have a manual 33 25t which there are no interest at the moment, might as well keep it. Moral of story, If you want a 33, at least have a plan to keep it for long time cos they're a headache to sell.

Gearbox is actually similar size to r33 skyline except for that input shaft on r33 is stronger than patrol ones (could be the stress from transfer case). Bozodos, don't talk to him, just drop it in without telling him

Someone in WA has done the swap, he says it's bolt on even the gearbox, will need to clean or swap dome of fuel parts (clean lines, tank might need to replace fuel gauge sender). Look up Patrol forum ( patrol4x4.com I think, google will find it) I'm sure there are heaps of information regarding this kind of swap. iplen, OP is buying a GU which never come in RB30 the one you were talking about is GQ which comes with RB30 (I used to have one myself along with ET conversion). As for getting a mechanic to do the job, just go to whoever you trust to have it done. Hope it helps. Cheers
