  1. Small update, I have just purchased a front strut brace and a HICAS lock bar, But i feel that my turbo is on its last legs, Its making a different sound while spooling which somewhat sounds like air escaping. But pending the sale of my hilux tomorrow I may have a new turbo, z32 AFM, walbro fule pump and an apexi power FC. Not looking for more power just yet (although a small gain will be had as soon as its tuned) but more so to make it run right, it smells very rich at times and the last i want is to be up for a new motor so soon worst case senario, and the better fule econemy will be a nice little bonus to the tune also.
  2. Hey all, As the title says this is my first nissan, a R33 GTS-T that i picked up last week from a guy in sydney. I have always had a bit of dislike for nissans but after driving it around for a bit they are starting to grow on me, my last car's were a Ford FG XR6 and a single turbo 1j Toyota cressida after that, due to some unfortionate events leading to my cressida getting red stickered i sold it off and went on the hunt for a new car. A few days later this came up for a price i was interested in so i drove down from newastle to have a look at it and ended up driving away in it. She is pretty stock apart from the usual mods (coilovers, exhaust, front mount ect.) but everything that has been done has been engineered. It needs a little bit of work like a new throwout bearing and the fiberglass boot does leak as i found out after washing it the day after i brought it, but as it is its a great base for a nice little daily/project car. About me, my names Chris Pearce and im from Newcastle NSW, I dont know a great deal about modifing cars but happy to help as much as I can. Im looking forward to meeting with the rest of you guys and im keen at setting the car up for track days and the occasional drift day later on down the line but still maintaing a somewhat practical street car.
