  1. lol, "THE" Terry
  2. Have you bought your turbo yet cobrAA? When do we see the results?
  3. Oh yeah that looks awesome, love it Keen to see more
  4. Hahah, welcome to GTR ownership! Despite the niggles it looks like it'll be a fun project
  5. Dude the build's coming along really nicely. So many people love to nitpick shit on this forum rather than talk up the good bits, it's farken annoying. I think you're doing a great job and you should keep at it but unfortunately I don't have any ideas on the misfire Purple looks good and i'm jealous of your toolbox
  6. Geez, that looks bloody fantastic, well done!
  7. Hi Prank, I had this message this morning .... think it was about 8.05 WST, just checked again now and the site is working.
  8. Has anyone seen these front camber arms being developed by gktech? They are apparently a copy of the Group A arms from years gone by: I was going to buy a set of the UAS arms (http://www.uniqueautosports.com.au/Parts-Shop/uas-pivot-bearing-adjustable-top-control-arms-564.aspx) as they look pretty sturdy and I'm after some adjustable arms but yesterday a mate sent me a link to the gktech ones. The design looks interesting, how do people think they would compare to the UAS arms? I have read that the UAS ones can be susceptible to bending if not used with rose jointed tension arms, and many other (namely, ebay) brands sound as though they break after a few track days.
  9. Very nice Terry! Can't be too many other forum members that own an R32 N1 and an R34 N1?
  10. Very nice, looks like you've done some good work to the car! 400rwkw would be entertaining in this thing I'm sure While I think the car looks pretty cool as is I'm not really a huge fan of the stanced look or the big bonnet,.. I think it looks pretty tough in this pic, the rims seem to suit it really well:
  11. Looks very nice mate. What are the specs on the rims there? They look nice and aggressive!
  12. Hey guys, thanks very much for the responses! I managed to find one quite quickly but thank you nonetheless
  13. Hey I'm looking for a wiring loom for R32 GTR - just the part that connects the ECU through the firewall to the injectors etc, like in the pic below. Must be in good condition, no butchering of the wiring (already have one of those). Am located in Perth 6000. Cheers
  14. Oh bugger, sorry to hear, I didn't see that. At least you'll be back racing again quite quickly!
  15. I saw you racing yesterday at Barbagallo Shaun, the car looked great! I was there with a couple of mates and we wondered whether it sounded like it was misfiring or was rev-limited in some way? In any case, looks like you would have had a great day! Here's a pic, only got the one I'm afraid.
  16. That controller you have linked a photo of has a 2WD/4WD switch, so is probably wired in the same as most 2WD/4WD switches such as like this tutorial: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/327206-fitting-a-4wd-rwd-toggle-switch-to-an-r32/ You can flick the switch while rolling to go from 4WD to 2WD, but to go back to 4WD you'll need to come to a complete stop for it to reset (once you've flicked back to 4WD of course).
  17. Wow, looks like it's in fantastic condition, nice pickup
  18. Very nice mate, good luck with the tune! Looking forward to seeing how it performs
  19. Cool. Next time I do an upgrade I'll be sure to research the Nistune forum thoroughly.
  20. Yeah, I read your link. He doesn't mention the D585. If you research the coil conversion properly rather than spewing out something you saw on one forum you will see that most people suggest the D585 as being the preferred option. All I'm saying is, if you're going to go to the effort of doing the swap, then you may as well use the best coils possible. I paid $280 for 6, delivered; I don't need 8.
  21. If you're going to go to the bother of doing the swap, get the D585 truck coils.
  22. Judging by the stain on the driver's seat that R32 used to be a quick car! Sorry to hear about your GTS4 though man, that's not good at all.
  23. #@Sub Boy on here and gtr.co.uk runs a 26/30 with EFR 8374- makes 470rwkw @ 20psi http://www.gtr.co.uk/forum/154737-sub-boys-r32-gt-r-then-now-46.html Sounds like it's responsive and makes good power so with the bigger 9180 you'll make some trade-offs but I can't imagine an outcome other than 'good'!
  24. RB25? Throw some S15 injectors in, should be fine for 250kw EDIT: or do the above
