Symptoms of bad transfer case?
JH32 replied to TXSquirrel's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
Yeah I have a 4WD/RWD switch, when I switch to RWD I reckon the issue seems to disappear so I tend to run around in RWD mode at least until the car warms up, it seems that once the oil in the diff is warm the issue goes away. So wierd. -
Is that on a 2.6?

This beast still in the build?

Could try posting on their facebook page, they used to be reasonably responsive but haven't looked on there for ages so not sure what they're like these days.

It's a real shame but there's always the WASCC events (race tuning days etc), AFRCC do track days, etc. etc.. No Limits wasn't the be all and end all!

Did you ever figure out what the cause of all this was? Mine does the same thing but oddly it only became apparent after I installed my ETS-Pro. -
How'd you go with this?

Ben - 1990 R32 GTR
JH32 replied to Bennjamiin's topic in Members Cars, Project Overhauls & Restorations
Congrats on the purchase! Car's looking good mate. I'd be keen to hear how that carbon plus bonnet fits up - was looking at those just the other night in fact. And as already mentioned, look out for rust in the bottom corners of the rear guards. What's the plan for the interior? MotiveDVD did an episode once where they put an R34 interior into an R32 and it looked quite good. -

I was actually going to post this up aswell, I'm on Apple iOS and I get redirects to tulpaserv or something, then onto this free phone crap. I don't use Chrome, I just use the iOS Safari. Seems to happen only when I hit the frequently visited sites tile, rather than typing the SAU address directly. Pretty annoying! I also don't use the app because I find it uses too much data compared to just using safari....wierdly? -
So ridiculously good!

Nik is who? SAU username? What's the specs on the setup?

So if Tomei offered you a heap of free shit you would say "no I'd prefer to drive my stock (slow-ass) GTR"? Yeah, sure you would... -

I tend to agree, I'm not sure you'd see much benefit going to an EFR 8374... -
