hey wats going on seen your post and found it interesting i live on the central coast bout 20 min away from gosford ive heard of people doing that run and of also some racing going on around peats ridge i hear alot of cars come from sydney and do some runs out at peats ridge have you heard any thing about this could you please let me know thanks heaps

Wats up every 1 just bought a r33 gtst s1 ive been looking through the files and seen a lot of stuff on popping sounds at high revs ive changed the plugs about 2 times and each attempt was a failure ive checked the coil packs they seem to be fine they have no cracks in them or anything the first time i pulled the plugs out they were a bit white on the ends with those plugs the car only popped at high revs then a funny thing happened the popping went away but accelleration was retarded throttle felt sticky every thing felt real sticky wasnt blowing off properly but you you could pretty much redline it every gear 9 outta 10 times then a week later that stopped throttle felt better but popping came back changed the plugs again and cleaned all the pipes and throttle body put plugs back in acceleration was bit better but still got popping at hi revs and a little pop in the low revs around 2000 changed the plugs again i think one of them wasnt spaced right put new ones in any ways i think ngk bcpr7es gapped them at 8mm now the acceleration is alot better engine idles beautiful but i have a major problem i cant oppen the gas right up as soon as i give it full gas it starts popping bad if you give half you can redline it but cant do this fast tottaly a pain in the ass so now the popping noise dosnt sound so much in the plugs more under me in the exhaust bit more of a back fire do you think this could have to do with fuel like maybe its running to lean or something if any one has had any simillar problems could they help me it would be much appreciated
