  2. After some "spirited" driving on the weekend my ATTESSA has decided to put most/all the power to the rear wheels. My dash light is off and the torque spilt gauge is working fine but 3rd gear fishies mean something is playing up. Now I'm assuming that the transfer case is gone, which I'll just replace if it has but I'm crossing my fingers that because the fluid in the tank is a bit low (just under min) it may have got a airlock in the system. I know how to bleed the system and have some nissan fluid to do it and will try on the weekend... But in the meantime am i just wasting my time because its definatley the transfer case or is it worth bleeding the system?!?
  3. Went in for a tune of my RB26 the other day and had lots of problems... Most are a easy fix but one niggling on is the fact that my d-jetro map sensors are bottom lining at 20psi and I'm told that they generally max out at 26psi... Any ideas why this is happening?!? Cheers Simon

  8. or another option would be to get a 343mm kit but would there be rda rotors available at this size, or any other options other than dba?!? but will 343mm calipers fit under 17 by 9 buddy clubs?!?
  9. plus for the 324mm kit you can use rda rotors which makes it a lot cheaper for me
  10. interesting, thanks heaps for your input... bending the brake lines wont matter with me because im going to use braided lines and im fairly handy with a old angle grinder so that wouldnt bother me too much. still seems a bit dodgy that u pay decent money for something that doesnt fit properly. i would expect it from china but not a aussie workshop

  16. i agree with you, but the single plate i had in my rb20 was with no exageration 100 times harder to drive than my os twins and the os twins were harder to drive than the os triple. actually the os triple is real easy to drive for a big hp clutch
  17. ive driven with twins, singles, super singles and use a triple in the gtr they are all different and nothing is too hard to live with, you just have to deal with it... saying that the triple is actually the best clutch i have used, twins tend to be very bitey the worst clutch i ever used was a 3 puck solid centre single. was very light but was litterally a clutch dump at 3500rpm or stall

  19. yeah mine (t04z 0.84) seems to fit what i need very well... mostly street, soon to be a little drag and circuit considering the build of my engine, no head porting, stock plenum, valves and throttle bodies getting over 20psi boost at about 3800rpm in 4th gear and looking like it will make 450rwkw fairly easily you cant go wrong. still when people using t88's seem to be making just over 500rwkw compared with nearly 470rwkw from a z but with more than 1500rpm more lag, it seems a bit pointless to me to go "the big single"
  20. yeah i know it was a joke, mine was just a little payback that is actually not my car, its another simons garrett t04z with 0.84 rear stock capacity rb26, stock plenum and throttle boddies... my car isnt making that much power yet because of a faulty trust bov leaking my boost, but went a very easy 420kw with problem. will be getting mine tuned again soon on some more boost (hopefully not escaping out the bov this time) and see how she goes but looking like it will be very similiar to this one

  24. standard turbos and valve guides still??? 6k twice isnt going to end up looking cheap
