  1. They are in and running! Vipec is pretty cool, so much shit you can do with it compared to a Nistune/Power FC. Got switches for launch control and boost maps plus running the wideband back through the computer for auto tuning of AFR's Tune maybe tomorrow night, will see how we go... In other news car is now full Frankenstein spec as we have been doing lots of other things to it at the same time; R34 power steering pump R34 harmonic balancer S13 power steering rack with rack spacers for extra lock (no hicas) R33 front lower control arms Solid ally steering bushes Finally installed the Setrab oil cooler S15 rear cradle (well not yet but happening over the weekend after tune)
  2. Same wheels and covers as all the T67-25g results... Only difference being the anti-surge cover (which may or may not make any difference) and the size of the shaft which should make no difference.
  3. Sorry I don't speak Spanish
  4. LOL... How funny, I was going to say araldite but that shit breaks down with heat!
  5. Ratchet strap the head to the block and head gasket should be good to go
  6. It won't fit... I swear I already said that PS. Clean your turbine wheel and check for "battery" spec cracks!
  7. High Beams above 5000rpm so people know to get the f**k out the way haha
  8. If anyone needs a switching system for their VCT I have a Greddy MSS that I was using for sale for $100 Comes with 2 outputs so you can use for VCT and something else like NOS or honking your horn above a certain RPM etc etc
  9. No, different mounting
  10. Smash it back on and just run it The worst that can happen is you loose the rear wheel and it flys out the back of your exhaust or gets stuck in the cat To make you feel better about it, it's not a load bearing surface (I think) and if mine is the same they can take and beating haha
  11. Interesting... I hope that he hasn't just f**ked you over because that would not be very professional (or good for business)
  12. I can only figure all the wheels must be like that... He can't have cleaned it and thought "she will be right" when it obviously took you time to look the first time and were going to check again. It's a $99 (retail) part... I just can't understand the reasoning for cleaning it and giving it back when it's so cheap to replace. Just a thought, it had several cracks before yeah? Does the new/washed one have multiple ones, I can only see one in the photo
  13. So have they not replaced the turbine wheel or they are all just like that to begin with?!?
  14. Yes, cam gear cover has to be RB25 though
  15. Front bar/Bonnet combo is fine, they do look a bit better with a GTR one but it's not bad by any stretch... In saying that I just went from Gts-t to GTR bonnet, but that was mainly for weight saving
  16. It's not like a ebay seller would let the truth get in the way of a good story haha The extra flow does come from the smaller shaft hub creating longer blades, in the photos you can actually see there is a fair difference in blade length. I don't know if there was testing done on actual flow but I would imagine the CNC machine would be able to calculate the extra volume created by the changes and maybe they did rough calculations from there... In terms of them blowing up, I'm sure once someone tries them out they will find out
  17. I love the illiterate use of "there" instead of "they're" It keeps me happy on a friday! 51NNA, it may seem like a funny question but do you vote for Labor in federal elections?
  18. You post the most retarded shit on these forums, as soon as i see your oversized signature picture i sigh
  19. Only time will tell roy but I'm hoping for the WA option haha Either way it'll be interesting, the nistune/afm to vipec might make a little difference as well
  20. Yes, both 6boobs manifolds It's between a GT3076R and GT3582R but much closer to the GT3076R Yes, they overlayed the plots the other day to compare then said they were about 300rpm difference. As I said I'll get a proper comparison printed once mine is tuned with poncams/vipec
  21. Once I get mine tuned with the poncams we will be able to have an almost direct comparison between a Kinugawa T67 and GT3076R as one with the exact same engine set up as mine (apart from the turbo) was tuned a few weeks ago At the moment mine makes more top end (with more boost) but looses about 200-300rpm down low Stay tuned, few weeks away from the tune being done
