  1. Argh, who starts a dyno run at 3900rpm haha... Makes the curve look so much better than it actually is! Probably not as good as I thought it was down low compared with a T67, actually may be a tad on the laggier side. But in saying that it's a very impressive set up for a low mount standard inlet and exhaust manifold set up
  2. Only 30hp shy of my T67 on a dyno dynamics dyno and by the looks a fair bit better down low Makes me wonder how one of these would go in external gate form PS. Take a better picture of the graph, I can't see shit down the bottom haha
  3. "Bring tow truck, into tree " haha But seriously, how did it go?
  4. Nice result! Ethanol changes the game a lot Must be very shitty or very cold r-comps if they are spinning in 2nd
  5. That's what I was trying to get at, they do have the advantage over the stainless that they should be more sturdy and not crack/break
  6. Sean from Allstar who tunes my car grabbed one of them for a slapper/thrasher build. The quality and welding was ok but the design of the manifold leaves a lot to be desired. The angles of the runners merging and wastegate exit were average at best... He never ended up using it because he sold the car (I should ask him where it ended up) and if it was ok but he wasn't too keen on using it. It's not going to be close to a decent manifold but if it does the jobs reasonably then they are a bargain
  7. I wouldn't say the torque is low considering it's only running about 15psi where it should be making peak torque. Crank the boost up to 18-20psi and the torque will go through the roof
  8. You are not the only one... I think the GTX3071R has the most potential out of the X71/76 and X35 so I am eagerly looking forward to results from someone not shy of using a bit of boost Only pity is it may be held back a little by the internal gate compared to a high mount set up
  9. Obviously people have not been blunt enough... It's a piece of shit!
  10. There is no green run haha Crazy power for the boost! Do me a favour... Go for a drive and tell me what rpm in 4th you get 15psi on a flat road ramping from about 3000rpm
  11. Don't get a Jun style one, stick with the Freddy!
  12. Almost a direct overlay of my T67 set up on the same type on dyno with the same correction... Actually uncanny! Which begs the question, how much boost?
  13. I don't think it's unrealistic power figure either... But does it actually make that power is another question
  14. We Western Australian's do it all the time, we just didn't realise that you eastern staters were smart enough to work it out The best thing about is we have rigged our drag strip as well so our mph matches the power
  15. f**king LOL at huge reading plus "Temperature Probe Fault"! Dyno Dynamics correction would be loving that
  16. Crank the boost! You will surprised how long it lasts for with a decent tune, but eventually it will let go In terms of RB30 vs RB25... It really depends on too many factors, some RB25's will be faster, some RB30's will be faster
  17. Really? That sucks, I got my GTR stuff double black coated and didn't have any issues and that nigga got hot haha
  18. Spray the top side of the heat shield, might make it looks a bit better without the rust... Apart from that looks like a tidy install
  19. I doubt the 25g is out of flow, I did go an extra 30kw more than that. I would be pointing toward the cam timing being a bit shonky like most RB30's... There is no way that should dive like that after 5000rpm and when I have seen them do it in the past it's because the cam timing isn't set correctly EDIT: I didn't realise it was a shitty R32 RB25 head, so that is probably more the reason

  21. rondofj really pisses me off as well haha
  22. Ceramic coat the manifolds, rear housing and dumps gav, it's worth it! With my T04Z you could hold your hand right about the exhaust housing after thrashing, if you did that without the coating you would start smelling pork cooking
  23. 3" is plenty with a venting gate, mine is only 3" and handles a lot of power. 4" intake isn't really needed, just make sure you have a good K&N 3" filter And? Doesn't really matter Finger crossed for good results ARTZ, E85 or BP98? Who is tuning? Also don't skimp on the graphs, we want boost, torque, afr and power
  24. More info on this here... http://www.bigidea.tw/kamak/profile/news_product_info.php?newsid=9
  25. I'm finding all kinds of good shit tonight... Check this out for naming explanations that seem to get everyone confused! http://www.bigidea.tw/kamak/profile/news_product_info.php?newsid=6
