  1. Did you just describe buying a GTR as "the best decision you ever made financially"?!? A RB20 with 260+rwkw is nothing to sneeze at, it'll knock more things off than you think... Including most RB25 powered R32's without big turbos
  2. TD06-20g L2 seem to work really well on RB20's for decent power... Wheezy (I think) had really good results a few years ago Have a look at one of these http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Turbocharger-Kinugawa-TD06SL2-20G-w-T3-V-Band-Housing-/280626811233?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item4156a95161#ht_2159wt_1139
  3. Yes, you will need to wire in a resistor pack as well
  4. R34 GTR injectors (silver ones not black) Walbro GSS-342 Yellow Jacket coils Nistune
  5. Nice work! 11.5afr's shouldn't really sap that much power 25psi should see you around 350-360rwkw, get ready to hold on tight
  6. 2.5" will not be a restriction
  7. Yeah the only reason I ask is because the graphs look very similar to what would happen if you just boosted up the GT3582R So it would be unfair to say one is better just because it's running more boost
  8. Would be interested to see the boost graph on the GT3582R?!?
  9. Yeah it's not the end of the world either way! R32's are good because you can flick the switch
  10. The rear wheels are not in a slip event if the dyno allows the front wheels to match speed... Even for a split second
  11. Power isn't always running through the transfer case... Back to back runs always confirm they are so close there is nothing in it!
  12. Power FC is fuel cut...
  13. No doubt it's a shit design... Good on you for trying to overcome the issue! My beef has always been the fact that there is only 2 surfaces driving the pump, why not have more so there is less stress on the surfaces?!?
  14. You'll be my china Bride Steven! But no genuine
  15. Power steering cooler being bolted there would not allow for much flow through the core...
  16. Motor and oil pump are stock... Fuel is a mix of 50% Sucrogen E85 and 50% BP98 Garrett 3076R is a tad smaller on both sides but the closest you will get
  17. I know what point you are trying to make but it's a moot point to me If you make more power and rev it harder it'll go faster :-)
  18. Still making 405kw at 7100 Remember also that mine is still a happy at 8000rpm and power is still rising, where as GT30 turbine Garretts have turned over well before then and the motor is just getting stressed. I guess only time will tell how long it lasts...
  19. I'll print off a overlay of a GT3076R vs Kando T67 with very similar mods and on the same dyno... You will be very surprised how similar they are If I wanted to I can do a 13-15sec ramped run and make my graph come on that early like "wasnt me" run. I'm not revving it to 8000rpm for a number, it's going to be like that all the time... If I wanted a number it would be going to 9000rpm Not really crazy, most the drift guys over here run 8500rpm and sit on limiter all day without too many issues
  20. Not exactly, it's got a new exhaust manifold, inlet manifold and different turbo...
  21. 2.2bar and E85 I believe As above, boost apparently went to 32psi but the compressor ran out of legs and power dropped a lot top end
  22. There you go Yours has a much smaller power band compared to mine, it does come on a lot harder though!
  23. Why would I joke, I nearly got convinced to do a run with 1.9bar and 8500rpm but managed to contain myself! By 0.4kw haha I'd rather have my power curve than yours
  24. Went back for a touch up on the tune last night... Ran a bit more boost and a bit more revs and it made a little more top end and mid range, also set up low boost for track work at 1.3bar and made 350rwkw or 475rwhp! Here is the graph of the high boost run (note that correction being put on made a extra 20rwkw) so pretty similar top end to my last run
  25. Yeah unopened motor
