I recently removed my engine and gearbox out of my R34 Gtt wreck. Qualified mechanic owned the vehicle from 60.XXXkm up till 90.XXXkms. Neo6 engine always ran Motul oil, and manual gearbox ran castrol. Engine oil serviced between 5000-7000kms. Timing belt was replaced at 70.XXXkms. i think your spot on mad082 yeah iv had a lil look around, difference is only a couple of grand between a NA n turbo... so i might just go with a turbo and swap my parts over, but i was just curious if it could be done i managed to call Vic Roads.. they say as long as its the same series/model.. they would just need to register it on their books and thats it... no cost n no cert needed n i guess this way i could put together the best of 2 cars lol n sell the rest off cheers all much appretiated

hey all recently wrote off my R34 Gt-T... is it possible to buy a R34 GT (N/A) auto.... and convert my Gt-T parts to it? from a non turbo- auto..... into a Single turbo- manual? any info would be greatly appretiated. cheers

actually you can. u can argue the fact that you depend on your licence for an income/ work purpose they will take it into account and depending on your track record (history...not ur best time put a good case forward n u got a chance... ( i know cos im a mechanic... kinda hard to do my job if i cnt drive) they will prob increase the fine, and put u on a long probation

90% sure its 4.3... all depends on how much u drain, put 4 in. Run in.. recheck/ add, gl with the surgery.
