im just trying to change it, i got done by HW and im getting sent to DECC Mechanic. my mate said i wont pass unless i change to e85 and change my exhaust

i am what you would call a newbie. and i was simply just wondering to convert my skyline to e85 what would i have to do ? cheers, sorry if its the wrong place.
